The location was great. Check in was complicated. Staff did not really explain the amenities available like other venues. Once got to the room, the bed was hard like sleeping on a rock, and the bathroom was full of mould.

The locality of z hotel was ideally situated for my purpose of the visit/hotel was clean and tidy and the communication from hotel was very good The room i stayed in was very small and had no windows so if it were a larger room and had a window would of got a higher score ?

Location is very central, and the room was surprisingly quiet. Staff were very nice, water is accessible, room was clean. Outside of the hotel there were quite a lot of bags of rubbish, but inside everything is nice and well done.

Location was great Breakfast was described as buffet but was nothing like any buffet breakfast I’ve ever had before ! No staff to explain the breakfast options or offer hot tea /coffee , no bowls for cereal or fruit , wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast ! !

Clean, location was good for where we needed to be, good refreshments in room The dining / breakfast area was cramped, awful lay out and honestly not fit for purpose. The breakfast was a very very poor choice with no room to sort anything. Kids eat breakfast free, which honestly was the only positive. Staff weren’t very communicative and appeared disinterested in their jobs
