Location. Cleanliness Very overpriced breakfast then an extra £10 for something different. Dark corridors. Weird reception area. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Location is excellent and the staff was pleasant We needed rooms together and they didn't been able to accommodate. One room was moldy and we had to switch rooms. The food at the breakfast buffet was repetitive and dull.
