Fantastic location. All of the staff were great. The elevator was out the entire time I was there requiring a five flight walk. I mean, things happen but…come on…

    Clean, practical and good price.

Excellent location, comfortable bedding, efficient use of space Rooms are incredibly small (which is not unusual for the area), a second bedroom I rented for my niece in the lower floor had a foul smell

    Location and New Modern Furnitures

The location is perfect for the tourist area. The bed was comfy The shower was nice with good pressure. It was compact but the blackout curtains were wonderful along with the ability to people watch. I loved that I did not realize places in UK do not have a fridge and I take medicine requires refrigeration and they kindly put it safely in the kitchen for me.

The location was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing. Everything was perfect for my trip.

Very clean and modern. Nice cafe in the basement, great location, very nice staff. Very small, but doable.

I knew the room was an interior single when I booked it. I was trying to get a room in London at a reason price. But I was unprepared for the compact size of the room, with no place to unpack my suitcase and place my clothes for the 5 days I was there. Yes, a few hooks were provided but no room to unpack clothes and put them on a shelf or in a dresser. I can't imagine two people sharing this room; I barely managed it as a solo traveler. On the plus side, the location was amazing! But I won't book that interior room again.

The location was excellent! Easy to access plays, food, and within walking distance of many of our destinations. The room was downstairs and had a terrible odor. The entire bottom floor smelled like a sewer was dumping into the hallway and the room itself had a very off putting scent.

Location is excellent Got woken up by a member of staff early hours of Saturday morning accused of smoking in the room although we don’t smoke and was asleep, with no apologies for being wrong

    Nothing ?

Alarms went off at 3am the morning of the London marathon. They wouldn’t go off, it was awful.

  • Engine customer May 2026

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, especially for the marathon. It is located right behind the Museum in Trafalgar square and near very good restaurants and events. The 24 hour cafe was a huge bonus! The room was WAY too small for one person, much less two. It was literally a micro room with absolutely no place for an open suitcase. The worst situation was a malfunctioning fire alarm that went off from 3:30 am until 5:00 am. Every few minutes. No fire, just a malfunction and it caused people to stand out in the streets for long periods. Literally no offer to compensate for the night's stay and not much of an apology. Being prevented a good night's rest the morning of the marathon was horrible. They acted as if they did not care, sort of a "nothing we can do" attitude.

The location is perfect because this is near to many attractions, no more than ten minutes walk for everything. Even the room is small, It has everything you need for you stay The people there was always kind and helpful One night the alarm activated several times without any reason, this is not common but it happened

The location was fantastic, could not have asked for better or more central location — immediate access to lively streets, food, theatre, sights, neighborhoods. Loved having 24h friendly staffing on site, both at front desk and down in the bar. The room, though minuscule, had everything necessary. Though we expected the room and BR to be small, they were nearly claustrophobic small. Would have been nice to at least be able to walk around the bed and not crawl across. Breakfast and food options were disappointing and I would not prepay for food upgrade again (unless, perhaps, the guests consumed more alcohol for the money). Multiple day and night time fire alarm malfunctions made for a few restless episodes.

The hotel was in a very central location with short walking distances to iconic landmarks and areas of central London. I loved that we could step outside and find a wide array of things to do, eat, or experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those who only come back to their hotel to rest or sleep. Nothing that already wasn't something I'd expect from a small room with no windows.

Not very good value for money. Small rooms.

This room feels more like a futuristic living solution rather than the tiny hotel room it actually is. Imagine Apple Store opening a hotel. The location is perfect for theater and musicals, its in the middle of literally everything, but nevertheless the room was silent. I did not hear a sound and slept like a baby. And the window cover provides a perfect light seal, so this room is very friendly to bad sleepers like me. The bed was big and comfy. I usually prefer hard mattresses and this one is *not* hard, but not soft either and I still found it comfy. The huge screen TV right in the edge of the bed makes for a great movie watching experience. What I loved most is actually the breakfast (14 GBP). While the buffet itself is minimal, they make seriously good cappuccinos and you can have as many as you want included in the price, decent omelets and have good bread, so I just lingered there and had one cappuccino after another. Tip: their Decaff cappuccinos are just as good, so after you feel sufficiently caffeinated just continue with the decaffs. The main con is that the window does not open. You just have to be with AC all the time. While this particular AC actually seems quite good and quiet and the temperature was just right, I felt somewhat sick and allergic because ACs do this to me. The other con is the lighting: all the lights in the room are cold-white, and there aren’t even any reading lamps around the bed. All you can do is dim the cold-white led strip above the bed, but it doesn’t even dim enough so the most dimmed up setting was still quite a lot of cold-white light for me. While this does align nicely with the Apple-Store design, I found it lacking. Another smaller con is actually the flip side of the big TV: it’s so big and close to the bed, that it emits a lot of light to fall asleep to. But maybe you can dim it with the settings, I didn’t check.

Great location, kept nice and clean and was easy to check in. Single elevator can be slow sometimes.
