Great location as visiting Haymarket Theatre. Large room was very quiet and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast.

Location was excellent. We were upgraded from the basic to club room and think this gave us a bit more space. Room very clean and comfortable. No fan or window in the bathroom and the shower leaked through the shower door which flooded the bathroom.

Easy instruction from staff to room and for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Cracked tiles in shower could of been replaced with new one. Also dust in the bedroom.

Location perfect. Facilities fantastic. Bag drop great. Only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV to allow for Netflix to be watched etc. individuals can sign in using their own account details. We returned to the hotel about 8pm. After being there in the area all day. Tv was very limited to the channels - which made for a limited evening .

The ocation was great The toilet in n the bathroom was way too close to the shower you had a job to sit on it. The furniture was really dated and was all scuffed The breakfast wasn't great it was cold

Fantastic location at a reasonable price, staff were amazingly friendly and helpful Windows were dirty and I slipped in the shower.

Breakfast was hot, plenty of food and drink to pick from. An electric socket was hanging off the wall in the corridor on 4 th floor, Air conditioning not very strong in room, and toilet in room did not flush paper very well.
