Location was great, room spotless. We had a drink in the bar but no food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, price was fair for its location. We expected the room to be small and have no windows but the bed against the wall made it uncomfortable and we were next to the lift so heard the elk from that throughout the night.

This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. So close to Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square etc. all really easy and quick to get to. So many theatres all Around it. The rooms are compact but everything you need and beds are really comfortable and it’s very clean.

It’s central located and near to public transportation. The bed was very comfortable. I asked for a UK adaptor, but the reception didn’t have any, so I was obligated to search in the near local stores and buy it. The room wasn’t totally clean.

The location. The hotel night rates are quite expensive considering how small the rooms are. Also, my room at the underground floor had a mould smell due to its restrict ventilation.
