Rooms very small, we had a window but it was 2 feet away from the next building.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, as the room was hot even with it on.

The price of the room was good. Good air con and was clean. Slept well. It basic but that was all I needed for night. Towels on the bar area as the seats were treated and small area but overall I would book again.

It was very good location wise the staff were kind and took care of the problems the room wasn't that clean and some things like the bathroom door, the trash can in the room were broken or malfunctioning

Location My room was was too loud. This was with the water pipes which banged all night. My sleep was disturbed and my harmonise score said 21 out of 100. I complained to staff in morning but they were not bothered.

Location and price, room was clean Would prefer if the ensuite was not made of glass. The window in the room did not open.. even if it could open an inch or two, it would help with removing the steam from shower

The location is great, rooms are clean. There was almost no windows (1/5 of an arc), air conditioning was not good. Room is extremely small.

Breakfast was excellent, omelets every morning. Location of hotel is so great, you are really top of center of London, but hotel is quiet and pleasant. Rooms are small but compact, all you need is in room. Staff is really helpful and cheerful. We were having our wedding anniversary and in our room there was swans made of towels and rose petals in the shape of heart in bed. We have nothing to complain. Maybe the bottle of water in room... was it tap water?

It was clean, quite and good location. Stuff is Friendly and very helpful. Rooms are small but to us it was all part of the experience. We will stay there again. Shower drained slowly in room 419 anyway.
