Location Small room Average breakfast Not maintained Pricy for this type of hotel

The suite is very spacious. The location is excellent, close to tube stations and within walking distance to many attractions. We could easily get back to our room to take a rest if we were tired.

I like everything about this hotel! The location is so nice so you can walk around and enjoy the city. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was great and Medina was very kind and very friendly, her service is very good.

Location is superior. Pricing is good comparing to others around the similar area for a 3-person suite. The buffet breakfast is great! The staff is caring as well. Nothing really, but if there is improvement, the phone jack socket was detached but we didn't need to call for anything. If there is one thing for a 4-star is adding a little bottle of hand cream in the bathroom would be great!

We had stayed here before when it was a grand hotel. The lobby is very small, but in saying that the rooms are very nice. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a junior suite for a very reasonable price and we did that. Nice sized room with sitting area on the top floor. Breakfast was pretty good with hot and cold options. The location is the bonus here, it is on the direct Piccadilly tube line to Heathrow and is between the Piccadilly and Leicester Square stations. Tons of eateries of all prices around and of course the Half Price ticket booth for shows. So many theaters near by. Given a late check out, all in all, a good hotel. Most of the staff spoke really good English, but a couple did not and it was impossible to understand what they were saying and impossible to make them understand what we wanted. Reception staff excellent though.

I love the location. It is convenient to walk to theaters, Buckingham Palace, and shopping in Covent Garden. It feels safe and secure. The rooms are smaller than they used to be in the past. I’ve been coming there since 2008 and rooms have been smaller and smaller. The price for breakfast went from £15 to £21.

Location No oils no cream ,no toothbrush No basic amenities mentioned.

The hot water pressure in the morning is very low and sometimes stops completely, which makes taking a shower uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall water pressure is quite weak and not comfortable to use.

We arrived at 12:00 PM, which was too early for check-in, so we left our luggage at the front desk. The receptionist was informed that we would return to the hotel very late, around 10-11 PM, as we were spending the weekend there with an extensive program planned. When we returned, the hotel representative informed us that there were no rooms available and that we would need to move to another hotel. We were forced to spend our first night 30 minutes away at a lower-quality hotel. The transition was poorly managed—we had to stay awake until midnight to receive our new room, and it took a full hour to arrange transportation back. Even though the hotel offered us an upgrade and free breakfast, this situation hijacked our plans, shortened our rest time, and created unnecessary stress.

The perfect location was surpassed only by how friendly and kind the staff at reception were. Nothing; all very good

Central location. But the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful!

Staff was wonderful. Always willing to help and offering suggestions when requested. Perfect location !!

The was a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room looked out over the main square and it was lively. But the bedroom was super quiet. We never heard any outside noise while we slept. Two things: they don’t have bar soap or individual shampoo and conditioner. So they just have body wash and a 2-1 shampoo. Also- they offer a voucher for £7 to use at the coffee shop next door if you forgo the daily cleaning. I missed that sign at check in. My fault — but hopefully someone else gets to use it.

It was pretty spacious for the 3 of us. No ice machine but apparently that normal in Europe.

An amazing location and staff were helpful.

Location is great. Room was good for the stay. It’s quite expensive. The bathroom could use an upgrade.
