Its location and the size of the room and bathroom were very good. It was also quiet- given its location in China Town. And e felt safe with the security at the front door Cars could not access it after 11am

Comfortable bed and room was clean, staff very helpful and frindly and in an excellent location Bath required a step up to be able to climb in. If you have mobility issues, you need to consider this. Also, if you set the overhead shower temp too high, you can't access the tap without going through the water. There is a floor rail for the moveable wall, but this makes standing at the sink a bit if an issue

Very helpful pleasant staff. Nice clean room. Fantastic location for theatres and galleries. Unfortunately, coffee machine didn't work and the TV volume also did not work

The location, room decor, cleanliness, view, size, and air conditioning performance were all fantastic. The staff were the most helpful hotel employees I've ever met. They were all very attentive and hospitable. I had no problems with the hotel or the room. Even though it wasn't their responsibility, they quickly and efficiently resolved my questions and concerns about the city. nothing

Location and room lay out were good. Nice and clean, comfy bed No instructions on how to use the TV, aircon and no teabags.

Very helpful staff. The room was equipped with a useful mini-fridge and efficient acoustic insulation from the street.

Fabulous suite - we had an upgrade as we were returning customers. Lovely friendly staff, and despite being in the middle of Chinatown, it was very quiet. Great location too. Nothing, it was all amazing.

Great value for money and very quiet even though its in a busy location. Very clean. On our first visit in March 2025, guests were given a discount in the bar/restuarant. That wasn't offered this time. Our room was lovely. The shower room has disabled fittings (which we didn't need) but there weren't any in the shower itself - which was surprising. The shower room floor is tiled, but the grout is dirty and needs replacing.
