Location was perfect for a theatre hopping weekend in the heart of theatre land and the choice of eateries was extraordinary. Our room was perfectly quiet although we were on a busy pedestrianised street and the air conditioning was a blessing in very hot weather. Lovely staff. N/A

Lovely room Good value Great location No bar, although attached to a restaurant No breakfast as far as I could tell

Great central location especially for theatres. Multiple tube locations convenient. Large room. Staff was very friendly and informative. None

The location is superb; close to lots of theatres, central to many walkable attractions. The staff were very welcoming. We stayed a week became familiar with many good restaurants nearby. We did not like the shower arrangement which was adjacent to the bed, instead of a separate room.

Had a fantastic stay mainly due to the brilliant location. Super comfy king size bed. Spotlessly clean. No space between the end of the bed to walk between the fixed suitcase storage /wall & I am petite! Had a room with window which was needed & blocked the noise when closed. Hospitality tray was dangerous...the kettle simply too big for the cramped space & had to fill with coffee cups as too bug to fit under the tap!! Complimentary water& fridge a bonus.

We love to stay in the heart of London and this location was perfect. It’s a very comfortable boutique hotel, and amazingly quiet for such a busy location. We had two rooms and the twin room was snug but OK for two adults. The Emilie Zola suite was extremely comfortable for two adults. London hotels have gotten so expensive and this was very fairly priced compared to comparable properties.

Very nice staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant next door (and connecting) was very good with an excellent staff as well. There was a bathtub in the bedroom. And it was tall and very hard to get in and out of. NO! A shower could have been put in in the same space and would have been a much better idea, plus there was no place to hang a towel within the tub enclosure area. PUT IN SOME HOOKS! I want to be able to hang a towel and have a place for my bed clothes or my regular clothes. It was not private and it was a weird area.

Decent location....but the room was oh so tiny. We didnt mind but glad we had only a small amount of luggage. They may have larger rooms but I was glad I was a tiny person.
