Cleanest, hygiene and stuff very helpful Everything is fine maybe late night noisy on Friday night and Saturday night from outside the hotel as the area is busy of people

Costumer service was impeccable! From the check-in to check-out process. I had a few questions regarding my stay and although addressed by the customer service representative at the time, someone else followed up just to ensure that my inquiries were adequately addressed. It’s close to everything including The Lego store (maybe not so much a positive as my 5yo doesn’t quite understand the value of money lol)

Exceptionally clean, great decor, very comfortable. Nice vibe. It can be a little noisy at night due to the location, but it’s a small price to pay for being so close to everything the area offers.

The staff. All of them, from cleaner to reception and back. So friendly and positive at all times. Paradigm in service terms. Such a pleasure. The beds and the pillows (miles above average) The location in the heart of the West End and yet quiet rooms. Proper air conditioning Using the stairs wasn’t as easy (lifts the norm): you end up in cleaners areas and have to find your way out. Maybe signage might help?

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Breakfast is amazing. Only aspect that better all the above is the staff. Attentive but not over bearing, polite and thoroughly professional. They are what makes the hotel special. It was not long enough.

Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean. I felt all my questions and requests were fullfiled. BArtenders at the bar recognized me and offer me quickly my favourite drinks. Walls a little thin, sometimes I could here the cleaning team working either on the room on top of mine or besides my room, that was unconfortable (especially if I was sleeping late) Sometime the corridors in the first floor (i was at room 128) had a musty or moldy smell.
