Terrific location and great customer service.

The spa and gym were closed. Needed more shelves in the bathroom and a grap bar in the shower. Souvenir shop 2 door over blast music whole day long. Beware of Room 103 if you don't like noise and like to sleep in.

The West End location is perfect. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The front desk and doorman staff are so friendly and helpful. Gail’s was lacking in savory breakfast items during this visit.

From the minute we checked in, the staff was exceptionally welcoming. We were offered iced tea in the lobby and personally guided to our rooms. The rooms were modern and very clean. We felt very comfortable the entire time we were there. We could not have asked for a better location. A few minutes walk to a couple of different metro stations, directly across from Chinatown, close to Trafagar Square, and so many restaurants, bars, and shopping as soon as you step outside. I would definitely stay here again. I can't think of a thing!

An oasis in a very lively busy part of town. Staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and quick to accommodate requests. Room comfortable and well set up. Our room overlooked a courtyard and was well shielded from the street noise. Class act. Not much! The mini fridge didn’t cool very well. We were using it for milk and it curdled

From the moment the doorman greeted us, we knew this was going to be a great stay. Check-in went smoothly with a glass of prosecco. The staff are professional and friendly. Our room was very spacious. The bed was luxurious. Hot water was plentiful with good pressure. Cookies, a bowl of fruit (replenished daily) and a starter bottle of wine shouted welcome. Every morning we got our breakfast voucher from the front desk and enjoyed a simple but delicious treat from the patisserie. The pistachio croissant is divine and the avocado toast delicious. Our room was cleaned daily. The elevator was efficient. Our room faced Dean St. and was a bit noisy at times. The location in SoHo is convenient to theaters, Chinatown, Trafalgar and Leicester Squares. Bus transportation is excellent. Brilliant hotel!! Everything!!

It was way too busy all around it. So much so you couldn’t get thru the crowd to get in the door sometimes. Heavily touristy area. Lots of bars. Very loud. Because it was so central there was also very very little space. Almost no room to move around at all. I barely had enough floor space to open my suitcase and still walk around the room. As much as I really found the staff to be lovely I wouldn’t go back because of this.

A very excellent experience staying here, perfect location- a ten minute walk in any direction to so many sights and yet absolutely quiet in our rear room, only hearing the nearby church bells. Excellent staff, early check in available, fresh fruit and beverages, they really go all out. Perfect room as well, great size, bed and lovely walk in shower. Great value in London, nothing I saw matched the amenities and comfort of this wonderful hotel. Absolutely no complaints.

We kind of liked everything. It was a great boutique hotel, very clean, organized, and in a great location. Everybody was nice, no matter what time we came in or went out. They were helpful; they helped with the luggage. Everything I expected at a hotel, I got. I mean, it's not a huge grand hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed it for. There wasn't anything that we didn't like or were disappointed in.

The location is great. Close to Picadilly Circus and literally on the edge of Chinatown. Walking distance to most sites. To compensate their booking mistake, the manager gifted us breakfast at next door coffee shop every morning, that was nice. They couldn't find my booking at first. Once we finally got our room, the room was a bit smelly. There were several windows in the room, but you couldn't see through because of the condensation. The housekeeping staff was very loud in the hallway some mornings. Last but not least, there is no lobby space per say, only a small hallway with the check in counter so no space to gather with our family.
