The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean. Rooms were tiny. Only one lift was working and the controls needed to be manipulated to make it work. Reception area seems to be a kitchen and no one there to assist with baggage. Nor was any assistance offered. The floor in the bathroom was spongy and felt like it could cave in. Rooms were clean but the hallways felt grimy. You can't get dropped off at the front of the hotel as it is all pedestrianized. That information should be more apparent. All in all, felt like a very low-class hotel and not worthy of the 4-star rating.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Our booking could not be found d, then we weee told to check in at a nearby sister hotel, who had no record of our transfer and when we returned we were assigned an awful room. The untrained staff blamed a booking system issue. The location is great, the room was clean but this hotel is not worth the money. Next time I’ll stay at the Premiwr Inn across the road Pretty much everything

Hotel was lovely, staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, but the sausages were of poor quality, and the baked beans were vinegary. Room was lovely, but there were two windows without curtains, so a lot of light streamed through at night time. We didn’t realise there was a club opposite the hotel, so as we were on the first floor it was very noisy and difficult to get to sleep - sound proofing required on the lower floors rooms.

Location is great and the room was very quiet even with the proximity to Leicester square. Facilities are poor. The bar is the reception which closes at 9.30pm and Breakfast is in the sister hotel round the corner.

The location was excellent; better than advertised for the purpose of the visit. All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and full of smiles. The corridor sensed lighting did not work from room to lift but worked OK from lift to room, only 1 lift working and 6 floors of guests, breakfast was in another Hotel ( although an exceptional location and excellent food) not advertised upfront. My partner as mobility issues and this did not help. The room smelt musty, the bathroom had a soured smell to it and the vent fan did not work. The floor moved when walked on and rattled the coat hangers, the sink was very badly repaired a big piece of resin that looked like smeared toothpaste under the tap. The Air con was nearly working as a ventilator but not much cooling.

I like that it was close to soho and the Leicester square tube station I was put into a wheelchair accesible room with no windows, which being 5’11 with back problems, having to bend down at the sink was uncomfortable. The even store didn’t work. I had to move rooms but then my second room was loud, could hear every time someone walked by because the floors creaked so bad.

Location was good Rooms do not resemble photos - suite left a lot to be desired in that sense, but was comfortable. The breakfast is not presented fairly - you have to go to a different hotel which was not clear when booking
