The hotel is in the ideal location to go walking around different areas of central London The lack of TV channels was a bit annoying

Location We got caught out on the booking system when booking 1 night ahead of planned stay. The system defaulted to 12 months out. And unfortunately we never added a cancellation fee because our travel plans were firm. When we arrived for check in the staff were unbudgig on amending our dates by the mistaken 12 months and referred us to management. We followed up with management t who also refused. This was disappointing and we've heard that this particular hotel uses this ploy to trick international travelers into paying for bookings tags they can't use. A clever little scheme that we'd like to warn others about.

Everything was cozy The alarm triggered off middle of the night and was repeatedly happening

Location is 10/10 . Rooms clean. Good breakfast but in adjacent hotel. Musty smell throughout the corridors . Probably because no windows in corridors, so no fresh air getting in.

Everything was great and the location is brilliant. The rooms are lovely and clean and modern and the bed was so comfy There was nothing we didn’t like

The hotel was clean, modern and well presented rooms. Well kept Its quite noisy as right in the heart of leicester square.

The hotel is in the middle of leicester square, you really could'nt have a more central location for the for the west end and Chinatown. We were told that breakfast is not served in the building but a short walk to the next hotel, about 5mins. A little strange yes until we were ushered to the 9th floor of the building with a panoramic view of london while you eat your waiter served breakfast. Although our room did have a window (Room 316) it was over looking a fire escape and a brick wall, so we had to keep the curtains shut, luckily the aircon in the room was very good and so didnt need an opening window. But some natural light would be nice.

Location and room lovely. Breakfast at hotel Indigo was lovely too. Dead flowers on reception desk, first impressions count.

The room was clean with good facilities for a one night stay. The staff were friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and you could tell the pillows, duvet and bed linen were high quality. The location was superb and if I was having a stay in the future to see a show I would definitely consider this. One lift was out of service which made getting to and from the 5th floor a challenge.

Excellent location for theatres , tube station close for moving around London, room spacious good size bed, very clean , staff friendly .

The location was perfect close to everything and in the middle of the center the staff was friendly and helpful There was a bit of noise from the club so we couldnt sleep well and the ac was keep breaking out turns out the heat all of sudden i had to wake several of times at night just to adjust the temperature
