Staff were delightful, warm and welcoming. The staff at breakfast, eg Raj, were all helpful, charming and efficient. The location was excellent.
-
Location was great Restaurant and reception was nicely decorated Lift didn’t work Rooms were dated Rooms weren’t clean Beds were uncomfortable
-
Location Lack of vegan options at breakfast even though we informed before arrival and afterwards Elevators were not working most of the time and used a crowded staff elevator and every time there was a journey to get to and from the room

staff were great, breakfasts good The lift was broken and apparently couldnt be fixed for days, Luckily we were on the second floor- pity those on upper floors. Compensation for the broken lift was 2 vouchers which didnt even pay for a drink- thats just plain chintzy and insulting.

Excellent stay. Perfect location. Fantastic staff and delicious breakfast.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. I booked this for myself, my husband and in laws for my mother in laws birthday and the staff went above and beyond. We were upgraded to suites overlooking Leicester Square which were beautiful. The beds were exceptionally comfy, the shower pressure was excellent and we will absolutely stay again! The only downside was the lifts being out of service but the staff were incredibly apologetic about this and also included free breakfast which was delicious and very varied. I’ll take the breakfast instead of the lifts any day!

Location is excellent. Right on the square. Place is run down - both lifts were not working - we were told each time we have to come down we have to call the reception and they will send someone to take us down via the service elevators. We protested as they did not give us a time frame when the lifts will be working again. They gave us a room on First floor - but still very inconvenient. In bathroom the sinks are clogged, shower is too small for a human to take a shower in.
-
central location in the city, room quit good and clean The elevator was broken for a long period in an unfixed condition
-
Breakfast very good Two broken lifts caused problems Signage outside inadequate. Too easy to walk past.
-
Breakfast was excellent and service was very friendly. Location is exceptional. Room was pretty spacious too. One elevator was out of order for the whole stay.
-
Perfect location for our theatre trip. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They had an issue with the lift, which we don’t tend to use anyhow, and our room was on the top floor - amazing views and worth the 7 flights of stairs!!
