The location of the hotel was excellent, central to everything. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are looking a bit tired. The washroom is a bit tight and the tub is quite high to get in and out of to take a shower. For the value, there should have been breakfast included.

Conveniently located within Leicester Square and close to the trains station. Easily accessible, clean, with friendly helpful staff. The restaurant/bar area didn’t seem all that inviting. On previous stays it seemed more alluring.

Great location for theatreland. Staff were friendly and efficient. Shower controls were a bit iffy. Wardrobe door was very squeaky.
