It was clean and close to the location I was visiting. Also, located in the heart of everything. There was food and theaters very close by. The room was incredibly small. It had no window, no television, no table for eating or doing work, no refrigerator, and no ice machine. There were steps upon entering the property, which made it difficult to enter with a large bag. I also had an issue with the electricity when I tried to use the hair dryer, and it caused the power to go out. There was no way to call for assistance, so by the time I reached the front desk, the staff was accommodating, but it was still very inconvenient to have to get dressed with wet hair dripping everywhere just to request help. The bed was extremely low, almost to the floor, which made it uncomfortable even to sit on. There was a pink bunny stool, but it was not comfortable. The air conditioning kept turning on and off, which made the already small room feel even smaller and hotter and disrupted my sleep. Lastly, housekeeping did not come daily. During my stay from Monday through Saturday, housekeeping came only once.

Clean, friendly staff, amazing location

The location is great. So close to a few train stations and to Trafalgar Square. The room was no frills but clean and basic. With the exception of one front desk staff member named Gary (he seemed maybe new) none of The staff were friendly or engaging. They should be greeting guests when they arrive and leave. But most times they were busy talking to each other about work and didn’t make eye contact. Gary on the other hand was friendly and greeted guests but we only encountered him as we checked out. I wish we would have had a tea kettle. And while the room has great noise cancelling from the outside, There also appeared to have a water line that ran through mirror and was incredibly loud. It Sounded like someone was in the shower upstairs all night long. It was strange. Second floor.

Great location, quiet It’s my own fault for booking this, but I wouldn’t recommend a windowless room. There’s no nightlight function (I asked) and the room is pitch black at night so needed to keep a light on in the bathroom. Since the bathroom doors are transparent/frosted glass, the room was then too bright. Also, leaving luggage after checkout has a 15£ fee per bag, I read. That seems a bit steep. The airco is great though and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again, but not in a windowless room.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room amazing clean throughout. Our large windows from our 9th floor room, spanned across others London buildings over to london eye and canary wharf. Hotel was happy to look after our bags on our check out day whilst we shopped and ate in London. The rooftopv10th floor restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and made a great gin n tonic. Great views, relaxing atmosphere The location of this hotel is perfect. Not applicable

Great location right next to Leicester Square and walking distance to a number of tube stations. Comfortable bed and good soundproofing. Good airconditioning. Was able to store luggage after checkout for £15. We were only provided with one towel (two people on reservation) so had to request another. Room was small but you know this when booking.
