Great room, great location. Nice amenities that you don't know from booking: free coffee/tea and snacks lounge throughout your stay! The simplest room is perfect for a couple, and anything beyond that is just class. Housekeeping kept coming at odd hours and there was a misunderstanding when I complained that they started ignoring the Do-not-disturb signal. If you are extremely bothered by that stuff be clear when you come. They have staff greeting you all the time and opening the door which I find more distressing than welcoming. Sometime it bottlenecks entry/exit as they restrict to the small lobby door. mostly harmless but unnecessary.

The design, location, comfort and cleanliness. We didn’t get a chance to try the roof top bar/ restaurant but we heard it was highly rated. Loved the Residence concept. I think we enjoyed London more this time mostly because we stayed at the Londoner. Closet space in our Deluxe double was almost nonexistent, we called down and they sent us a clothes rack which helped immensely. There was a lack of turn-down service which I didn’t get. When I called down to ask if it’s included in their system they said yes but not once on the three nights was there a turn down service.

Very friendly staff, spa was very relaxing. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was quite hectic and we had an issue with our order. When this was raised with staff ,they were very apologetic and concerned to put things right.
