The location was amazing, loved the rooftop area, the breakfast was plentiful lots of choice and tasted so good the staff were very friendly The lift because the hotel was busy the lift was constantly full we waited around 15 minutes just to get in to one with enough room for our cases so couldn’t use the stairs

The hotel was spotlessly clean and ideally situated for the west end theaters. The lighting in the room was good but the switches were tricky to work out.

The hotel was beautifully decorated to fit being in the west end, the staff were really friendly anf helpful, the room was spacious as was the bathroom, i stayed in a disabled access room so it wad a wet room and was laid out perfectly, the matress was abit to hard for me but other than that no complaints at all The matress was a bit to hard for me but thats personal taste

Location was perfect! Reception staff was very friendly and kindly upgraded us to a Premium room which made our stay extra special. Rooftop lacked in atmosphere, not what we expected. cocktails were nice, expensive. would have been nice to get a few crisps or peanuts.
