The hotel location is central and very convenient. The views are exceptional especially while having breakfast. Had to pay to have our luggage stored for an hour as we arrived an hour earlier to check in.

Good location, clean room. Booked a premium Queen room because we didn’t want a room where it’s so tight it’s hard to move around the bed. The premium Queen rooms on the listing looked like they had decent proportions so we booked this. In the room we got I had to climb over the bed to get into it (tiny passage and wall mounted tv blocking the way anyway), it was so narrow! There was space by the door and bathroom instead. Contacted the hotel on multiple occasions to clarify there wasn’t a mistake with our room allocation but eventually they got back to us to say our room is technically 20sqm so qualifies as premium Queen. Personally we felt this was dishonest and the room we had should not have been classed - and charged - like so. Also to note, one bathrobe as standard for bookings for two, and while the soundproofing from outdoor noises was good, the sound of slamming doors inside woke us up multiple times a night.

The view. The hotel needs a major investment specially being from a big company. It sad too see how it all looks.

The hotel, staff, and room was fine. The location is exceptional and the view from the roof bar is awesome. The 9th floor bar and restaurant is rubbish. The place is understaffed. They constantly ran out of glasses, plates, cutley. We had a party of 6, went for a lunchtime drink when it was almost empty. Slow service. We returned about 8.30pm for a birthday celebration. The service was abysmal, the staff were not busy, but 3 were content to wait for the one behind the bar served drinks. They then decided at 10pm to close the bar, plenty of patrons still around. The following morning at breakfast it was worse. 4 of us ordered together and mine arrived 25 minutes after the other 3! Poached eggs like bullets and a muffin that looks like it was toasted 3 days earlier. 2 coffee machines, only one working, no cups, teaspoons. We will not return, it isnt 4 star, or even close
