Location The room isn't comfortable; there's not even a chair, and the beds lack a backrest to sit and rest. The cups and shelves were covered in dust. The bathroom is poorly laid out; the towel hook is behind the shower door(!), so you have to go into the shower to hang it up. The cleaner took the toilet paper(!) every day, even the one we brought from reception. The hotel is too expensive for the quality.

Fantastic location. Staff were very helpful and friendly at check in. Rooms were great, spotlessly clean. Beds were really comfy. I was a bit worried about having no window in the room but it was absolutely fine. Room was very modern with good lighting. Tea and coffee facilities were poor. Nice SMEG kettle however only 1 decaf Tbag in the room and 3 decaf coffee sachets. Two milk sachets between us. Probably just an oversight as it seemed odd not to have a proper selection of Tea/coffee and adequate milk. I’m being picky here….not much to complain about at all

1st day - water barely warm 2nd day - no hot water at all, I've got cold shower, my girlfriend had to go several block away to get one ( positive note - she was accompanied by staff ) 3rd day - at about 23:15 fire alarm,.. got dressed, got outside, walk around, waiting with other people at the entrance, no signs of fire ( TG) , no one coming out to tell the status.. after entering were told that it was false alarm.. I would say where is the refund.

Customer service was really nice! We booked a loft so that we would each have a bed. Unfortunately, it did not work out since the bottom "bed" was just a leather couch with a sheet draped over it. Conditioner bottle was never filled for our entire stay and it also fell off the shower wall as I was showering. I also arrived and tried to self check in, but wasn't able because it said my payment had not gone through. A little inconvenient.
