Location Not the cleanest, staff was rude, extra charges on everything

Cleaning and the whole system None

The capsule was clean and the size was perfect to sleep and bring my backpack inside too. The showers were not the cleanest and some of them smelled bad.

Location Vending machine to buy a lock didn’t work

Great value for location. Pod is clean and feels safe, though temperature can get a little warm if you're heat intolerant (make sure your bedding isn't blocking the vents under your door). Stayed here multiple times and it always met my needs. Bring your own lock to lock your pod. Bathrooms/showers could be cleaner. Would definitely recommend slippers/flip-flops.

Having your own space was nice and the 24 hr security at the door. There is charging and light above your head. - the bathrooms were all very dirty. Nearly every toilet was covered in poop. The staff need to be checking more frequently. Many locks were broken in the stalls. - The shower was extremely hot and not adjustable and only a button that turned it on for a short time. The shower walls and ceilings were dirty and peeling. - There are no hooks so you can’t hang your clothes to change unless you’re in the shower which the floors are always wet and dirty. The mirrors are very high up so challenging for shorter people and little counter space. As this is the only area to do makeup and other bathroom things it was inconvenient. - the faucet only had hot water and the sinks were all clogged and full of water - the pillows are very thin and uncomfortable - there is no air conditioning even though it says there is. The capsules are very hot. Many people were sleeping with the door open. - the blanket is a dirty blanket with stains with a sheet on top - you will spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators - very loud make sure you have earplugs

Location Consept

The location is unbeatable, and the pods were comfortable enough. It was quiet in the dorm and other guests were friendly and considerate, at least in the female dorm. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty. I would stay again considering everything, the location was that amazing! The pod’s floors could be cleaned more thoroughly, the floor was dusty. Also, the A/C inside the pod is not very strong, I had a small portable USB fan with me which made a big difference in my sleeping comfort. The shower water was scaldingly hot but I was able to somewhat manage taking a shower nonetheless. Also, I wish there was storage space that come with the pod for luggage, I managed to have the suitcase in the feet of my pod but don’t think that is the lost hygienic way. So there is some room for improvement.

The location is perfect and it's also a good price for what you get. Everything gets cleaned daily and the staff was really helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze too! I stayed from July 8th till july 10th in the middle of the heatwave and i will have to say that the ac in the pods didn't suffice. It was super hot. I had to use my mini ventilator the whole night to cool myself down. On top of that the water in the showers and faucet were also super hot! You couldn't adjust the temperature either. It would just come out really hot. Like above 38 degrees celcius. I burned my leg, because the water was so hot. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it and that the cause was the heat from outside.

It was missing AC at the room, very hot to sleep.

Location was very good Didn't realise just how cramped it would be. But I had to enter my capsule on my hands and knees. The fan was inadequate on two of the hottest nights of the year.
-
Decent location but crowded The bathroom wasn’t great. The locks on several toilet stalls were broken and the lights in the shower stalls didn’t come on. I also found bugs in the bedding. Didn’t end up staying and booked somewhere else.

Once you get the hang of how everything works it’s really easy and straightforward I did find some hair on my fitted sheets and also the guy below me stunk so bad that even when I closed my door, I could still smell his funk, but the nice thing is that they were able to move me to another capsule

Location was great! Bed was comfortable!

The property was in very poor condition, but staff were kind and helpful, which I imagine is challenging in such a crappy environment. Location is central, and the mattress was comfortable. The “positive” reviews for this place are all taken out of context (see my photos). Trust me - it’s not the stylish efficiency you’re expecting, and it’s lacking even the common decencies promised by a basic hostel. You’re in a dank, dark basement. There is no bar, lounge, etc. There are no towels, no hairdryer, no lockers, and also no room in the capsule to put your stuff — most guests leave their shoes and luggage in the hallways, so it’s a total mess. The capsules do not have locks (despite saying they do in the listing) — just a latch you can close from inside. If you want to secure your belongings, you need to buy a disposable lock from their vending machine for ~€10. The capsule also does not have airconditioning, as advertised — there’s just a tiny vent fan, which does nothing to clear stale air if the capsule is closed while you’re sleeping. It was so sweaty at night, I had to open the hatch —not great, for a female traveler. The bathrooms and hallways are absolutely filthy. Half of the showers were closed off during my stay — and one bank of sinks was perpetually clogged, with disgusting stagnant water. Showers are push-button, run for thirty seconds at a time, and the temperature cannot be adjusted — you get what you get, hot or cold. I can’t post all of my photos, but read other reviews, and you’ll get the point. If you’re a broke teenager or need a quick crash pad after missing the train on a night out - I guess it’s fine. But if you’re an adult traveler, or can’t afford to show up tired, stinky, and sweaty after sleeping on top of your bags — steer clear. **Their third-party listings are also confusing. I saw at least three other guests while checking in/out who had the same experience I did — thinking they’d booked a standard room (at the property across the street), and being surprised by a capsule reservation. I went along with it for the adventure — it was an adventure, indeed —but I don’t recommend it. ?
