Beautiful, large room with a spacious bathroom. The location was fabulous right next to Covent Garden. Nothing
-
We liked the location and room was quiet and bed very comfy though pillows could have been a bit more supportive Didn't like the separation of room from main building so more like apartments and no real storage space eg drawers

The staff was incredible...our anniversary celebration and they had balloons in the room, complimentary drinks at their restaurant and the room was the nicest in the hotel. We had the top floor and could see the London Eye city view. We had a small terrace to step out onto with geraniums and enjoyed our dinner at Henri's downstairs. The restaurant is small and intimate in every way. It was reasonably priced and specialized in grilled butcher cut meats. A special thanks to Daniella, Livi, and the wonderful gentlemen that checked us in. The location was central and a ten minute walk to the river and sights! Delightful romantic stay and appreciated their caring hearts! Thank you! Could not have been better!

Location close to the heart of Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. All the staff went the extra mile to be helpful. Breakfast was well presented. Could be a new nuisance in wet weather to stay across the road to go for breakfast. But they do provide umbrellas!

I treat myself to a solo trip to London every couple of years and I like to stay here as it's very comfortable and quiet, and the location is central and feels safe for a woman travelling alone. This was the third time I have stayed here and this time I was given a beautiful room at the back overlooking the garden. I very much enjoyed my stay.

We were booked to go to the Royal Opera House so the location was perfect. There was nothing to dislike.

Excellent central location. Walkable to everything. The rooms were quaint and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Construction out in front of the hotel was going on at the time of our visit but it was not too much of a distraction.

Location. We had booked for three nights but on our first day we had news from home which meant we had to only stay for two nights. I spoke to the front desk, giving them more than 24 hours notice about only staying for two nights and asked will I get a refund for the third night. The chap said let me check with the manager. Later that day I asked him had he spoken to the manager and he said yes, but unfortunately there will be no refund. A shabby hotel with a shabby attitude to guests.
