Ordered breakfast in my room as was included in my B&b price Turns out it wasn’t if you took it in your room - cost me £46 for an omelette, slice of toast and a coffee!

Gorgeous hotel we loved our stay.
-
Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you enter reception and how attentive the hotel staff are towards each guest. Excellent city location to river, embankment and many well know London landmarks and tube stations.

Always a convenient location for a running event we take part in. Having stayed at the hotel before this was probably the smallest room we have ever had. Asked for a quiet room and had to change as initial room was opposite service lift, not quiet. We were spoilt as we had a balcony last year. Not the size of room I would expect given the price.

The location was fab. Quirky bar theme and clean and smart room. Staff helpful and friendly. Our room didn’t look the example of a Premium Deluxe room on the website. I thought the addition at checkout of a gratuity for the hotel room ( not the staff service) was a bit much.

Great location good facilities

Great overnight stay. Room was super, good a/c, very comfortable bed and elegant marble shower room. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Really wonderful position down quiet historic street, whilst only a few yards walk to Trafalgar Square and Whitehall. A calm gem in the middle of the heat, hustle and bustle of central London. We will definitely come back. N/A

Comfortable bed, good food. Little lift at the entrance to allow my husband and his rollator to safely come and go without using the few steps into the lobby. Quirky displays giving a nod to it's past Attentive staff Interesting hotel The easy chair in the accessible room was uncomfortable (not enough padding)
