From arrival to departure, this hotel got everything just right. The staff is the right mix of friendly and professional. A large comfortable room overlooking Ken Palace Gardens whose AC worked on a hot day. Fantastic breakfast Perfect in every way

We truly enjoyed this small and cozy hotel right across from the park in Kensington. Breakfast was nothing short of excellent, and we were upgraded to a charming, spacious room. The staff was kind and friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There are great shops and grocery stores nearby, and public transport is very convenient. We would definitely return. Unfortunately one day the WiFi didn't work

Very convenient and central to everything. Tube station close by and taxi, uber availability right in front of hotel. This is London- why aren’t there kettles in the rooms!!!! Every 5 star hotel provides and and coffee making facilities in the room. This is a big oversight!
