NOTHING The room was a mixed dorm with only older male guests, who made us feel extremely uncomfortable, stared at us women, even though other rooms were visibly empty and we could have been placed separately, which made us feel unsafe. There were BED BUGS. I woke up and my eyes were swollen shut. Absolutely disgusting. My nice shoes went missing from our room while we were briefly out for the day. When we raised it with management, the response was hostile and dismissive. Staff began reviewing security footage in front of us, then stopped and refused to show us anything, despite another guest independently confirming the item was there in the morning and gone by evening. The manager women did not offer to give us any refund or anything for my stolen shoes. Super rude and aggressive. Unsafe room placement, a missing item, and a management team that refused to properly investigate or take accountability and BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE and I have stayed t over 30 hostels.

No cold shower.

The space is very clean and organized. The owners are super friendly and they even gave me sauce for my pasta! The rooms are just as promised and the people are trustful! The bathroom is good and the water temperature is perfect. And they have a very sweet cat named Dinda! I can not say a thing that a didnt like, everything was great.

People were very nice and everything was clean. My daughter and I were in a dorm room with 3 strangers so the snoring wasn’t their fault :) we arrived before check in and it was raining so they accommodated us which was very much appreciated.

Cheap Bed bugs. Couldn’t sleep well for a week.

My money was simply stolen, because I didnt stay single night and my money was not refunded.

The Cat + quitest hostel i ever stayed in + laundry next door for 10 pound wash and dry Bed bugs I was covered I did had bad itches during my night stay I had to take a shower at night it was that painful they were visible almost a week never like leaving a bad review but I feel I have to be honest about bed bugs

The owners and the staff are like family, its very close to transport and shops and the mall

It's a little rough in decor and upkeep but when you are paying less than 20 USD per night you really can't complain

They have a very small kitchen where guests can cook though the kitchen is very small and always congested Everything, there is actually nothing I like about the facility, it is the worst hostel I have ever been to.

I like the fact that the facility has a kitchen where guests can cook The bunk beds have no coverings, the beds make a lot of noise, and the staffs have no manners of approach. They are rude and nonchalant

The property is good I like the clean environment

The Queens Hostel is affordable and feels like staying at a sports club. I love my stay and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 N/A

My stay at the Queens hostel was comfortable affordable and welcoming.Iy is close to the tube and bus stations and a Westfield shopping center. One facility I loved was the kitchen where u can cook up a meal and chat with others who need an affordable accommodation when on a budget.
