Comfortable bed & room. Fantastic location for us. Great vibe ! Being uber critical the carpets going through the stairs could do with an upgrade.

Very pleasant helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Dinner was variable. Mondays very short on several dishes but Tuesday very good. Location is handy for relatives nearby and Kingston. No complaints

Lovely pub, great location, breakfast was fantastic, mini bar well stocked and not ridiculous prices, Nespresso machine and pods in room Rooms and areas look tired now. Probably decorated 8-10years ago and carpets, paintwork etc needs a refresh. A little noisy but maybe that was just location of our room (16) being near stairwell. Mattress was very hard for us and bed was king which for £250/n id expect super king (guess that’s only where in can practically fit in a room). Overall just didn’t quite feel like the price point matched the feel

Nice decor in the bedroom and reception. Bar area very busy at night but room still quiet. Stairwell not very clean or fresh. Wi Fi very inadequate staff gave an alternative one which was marginally better but still not great

windmill on the common is a great place to stay when visiting London, short walk to tube to get to central london, 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction junction to get to Hampton Court Room lovely everything you needed, Air Con was a great help Couldn't hear the pub at all when in our room This is a tiny moan, we were on ground floor so could hear people coming in later on and the staff on reception but this wasn't for long and wouldn't say isn't an issue 5/10 mins walk either way to a tube station, walked on main road at night rather than walking on common as felt safer

The room was lovely much larger than what I was expecting. Having a Aircon was a huge bonus too. Location was excellent.

Comfort of room Location of my room . Right above pub the played live music Friday and Saturday nights until 9:00 or 10:00 . Could hear anyone talking until midnight .

Room was large and comfortable and on the ground floor in a quiet area. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Location was good with easy access. Nothing really except the shower area was a bit high for the elderly with dodgy knees.
