Good location close to Clapham High Street. The bed was not made in the first room I was given, so I had to change. The second one smelled very strongly of paint and there were dirty marks on the floor, walls and all over the bathroom. The bed is really small for a double bed and would be uncomfortable for two people.

They told us after 1 night we couldn't stay as the room need a boiler repair. Offered us sister hotel in Croydon miles from where we needed to be Clapham area. We had to book new accommodation. No now awaiting a refund

Location, price and friendly welcome. Lighting in the bathroom needs attention only one bulb working.

Decent sized room, beds comfy enough and good shower, good value for price paid in London Right next to busy road on ground floor. Noisy and light as curtains didn't shut properly

There was nice hot water to shower with and a bed to sleep in The bedsheets was not as clean. I had to ask multiple times to get it changed. It was a very small room and the fridge didn't work properly. I paid for not an amazing place. No breakfast option

It's in a very convenient location. Good to have tea and coffee. Comfortable bed and shower was fine. Slight smell of cigarettes and room was small but functional

Quiet, clean and very friendly staff especially the male receptionist I met. Will definitely recommend and go there again.
