Most if the staff members were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was quiet. The location is great. The breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.

The staff were exceedingly helpful. We had mobility issues and they helped us a great deal. The lighting in the bathroom is on a motion detector, so every time you went into the bathroom, all the lights brilliantly lit up. Too much, and impossible for a spouse to sleep through. Also, if you didn’t when showering, they went off. I guess the detector couldn’t “see” through the shower curtain. But not a safe situation.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was very convenient, and the concierge, AJ, was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We had some difficulties with the payment, as our Brazilian bank authorized the transaction, but the hotel was unable to process it. We were also initially assigned a room of a lower category than the one we had booked. The front desk staff insisted that the room was correct, and it was only with AJ’s help that we were able to move to a room that matched our reservation, including the king-size bed.

Hello, Overall our stay was clean and comfortable but we do have one complaint. My wife is in a wheelchair and we found access into the hotel completely inadequate. Everytime we entered or exited the building we had to use the stair lift next to the rear entrance. This in itself wasn't too bad but as we were leaving the stair lift got stuck 18" above the ground level and it was over 30 minutes before the maintenance staff could get it working and we could leave. And all the time the stair lift wasn't working we were blocking an emergency exit. It would be much simpler to install a ramp area at the front of the hotel. Thank you.

The hotel looked lovely, it was clean and the room was really big. We paid for dinner, bed and breakfast. The breakfast was delivered to our room and lots of variety. The biggest problem was the dinner. Set menu, hardly any choices for food and the choices made weren’t nice at all. For the main I asked for mushroom risotto. First mouthful, tasted like I sucked a lemon. I asked to change it to the chicken which was fine. But also we arrived for dinner at 8pm, directed to our table, not offered a drink so we had to ask for one 50 minutes later, the starter took one hour to come out, the main took another 30 minutes. Overall the customer experience was appalling!
