Very disappointing stay. A blanket had what appeared to be dried blood stains, which was absolutely disgusting. There was no hand wash or toilet roll, and other basic issues were not resolved. Our children and adults struggled to sleep. Overall, an uncomfortable and upsetting experience that left a very negative impression.

Nothing i like about this property to be honest and it was really below average I complained this afternoon about the shower, as the shower head is broken and the shower door is missing. Because of this, water goes outside the shower area, making the bathroom uncomfortable and difficult to use. I was told that the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately it has still not been fixed. I am paying for a hotel stay and I expect the basic facilities to be in proper working condition. At the moment, I feel that I am paying for a service that I am not able to enjoy properly. As the problem has not been resolved despite my complaint, I am requesting a refund for my stay. Please treat this matter seriously and let me know as soon as possible how you intend to resolve it. Kind regards,

Room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. It was tiny and really dirty. If you get given room 28 I would request a different room.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a room with two proper beds, but received only one double bed and a sofa bed, and had to wait outside for over 1.5 hours with our 4-month-old baby despite a 3 pm check-in. The room also lacked basic essentials and had poorly maintained kitchen facilities, so overall we had a very uncomfortable stay and would not recommend this property.

I like the area where the hotel is located. The floors are not clean, there was no plate and the fan is not working. The bathroom sink is bad. No bathing soap.

Emplacement Absolutely avoid this hotel. It has no reception, numerous problems, and the photos are misleading – it's more like a hostel. There was no toilet paper, the cleaning hadn't been done properly (the floor was sticky), and the toilet and shower worked erratically. There were no batteries in the remote control, no clean sheets, and extremely unpleasant staff who barged into the room without permission, using the excuse of fixing the toilet. The worst hotel of my life.

Location was good Toilet seat broken. Signs of damp in the basement room. Smell of damp in the room.

the location i had to pay a £100 deposit which wasn’t stated on booking.com they said i had nothing else to pay. we were provided no toilet paper

Staff that chatted with me via WhatsApp and email was very kind, responsive. Bed was comfortable and linnens clean. The shower door was broken, and the bathroom had a bad sewage smell

Nothing Everything, especially the bathroom was disgusting. Not one day there was a cleaner who cleaned the room or brought some new toiletpaper. Ive never been in such a disgusting room. There were also alot of small insects in the bathroom, the bathroom floor was broken, the shower was CRAZY!!!! I regret that i didn’t make any pictures
