Location, design. The room had zero noise cancellation. The light switch wasn’t working properly, every time I turned off in the bathroom, it turned on in the other room, vica versa. There was no connector in the bathroom, I had to go to the other room to dry my hair. One evening, someone was knocking on my foor heavily, and after 5 seconds, she was already inside the room, I couldn’t even put on a underwear! Crazy. At the check-out, the guy didn’t even ask me anything, he just told me “give me the room keys and you can go”. This is not a 5 star method.
