Great location, check in was easy. Room was very clean Other guests were very noisy- not the hotel's fault but there were loud arguments in the early hours and people shoutingover the Eing doorbell. We were in a ground floor room so maybe quieter upstairs.

Amazing position, kind staff. Leaking toilet, room not the same as in the photos. Missing iron and hairdryer despite being specjfied.

The manager/owner was really polite. Nice rooms and everything good Bathroom was not clean enough, shower was a little bit dirty, but that’s okay. I know they are trying their best

The room was clean and the self service front desk and room lock box worked well and meant we didn’t have to deal with people or wait in a queue for check in The room was expensive for what it was. It cost almost £200 and I wouldn’t pay that for that room again. The room quality suits a budget hotel not almost £200 per night

The location only The entire property is old and does not match the pictures advertised. The interior is poorly maintained and is full of mould, with a strong mouldy smell throughout the property. The stairs are unstable, the carpets are dirty, and the room was covered in dust, particularly inside the wardrobe. The facilities and furnishings are also very old and outdated and do not match the modern appearance shown in the pictures.

Very comfortable in a great area right next to Earl’s Court Tube station Beds really comfortable. Staff on hand all the time and good communication on check in. Could do with a full length mirror in the room. The room was on the third story up with no lift but that’s to be expected.
