Location and facilities. The stairs.

friendly staff, great location Just the bed could be fixed to the wall, so it wouldn't move everytime someone moves on it (bunkbed).

The staff might be one of the most accesible that I've had in all of my hotel stay's experiences. I know that it might be hard to take the mold of the bathroom, but it is really unhealthy for people with breathing problems like me. Besides that, the common areas of our stay could've been cleaner since dust can turn out to be a problem too.

The location is amazing ! So close to the station and handy if you are flying into Heathrow ! Great food spots around and you are right beside Hyde Park. I liked the fact there was a mini fridge, kettle and microwave and they even provide tea, coffee, cups etc. The room was clean and the bins were emptied and towels were changed everyday. My tv unfortunately did not work. I even tried moving around the antenna but only managed to get one channel and it was cracking. The bed is also too big for the room so it is a tight squeeze. There was a lot of noise from either workers that live there or maybe a long term group. I noticed they got locked out a lot and would bang on the door to get in which is a bit frightening as I did have to stay in the room alone a few nights.

I was actually moved to the sister hotel The Nayland. Free tea coffee and water. Good value breakfast and lovely staff. Excellent price for the location.

Cleanliness.. The room, the bed and bathroom are clean. Housekeeping changed towel everyday which is very good. But the room is quite small and the staircase very steep. It is so challenging to climb up with your heavy luggage.

Location was great and only a couple of minutes' walk from check in hotel. We had a double private room (perhaps we were just lucky that there were no other guests). Room had a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and even tea / coffee. There were also a couple of fans in the rooms. It's better than expected for a one night stop over. We were able to check in early and drop our bags in the room. Staff were friendly.

I needed somewhere to stay because I was starting a new job. It was in the middle of a heatwave, but a fan had been provided, thankfully! I also really appreciated the microwave and mini fridge in the room. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and I was assured that an iron was available if I needed it. The hostel is right on Talbot Square, a quiet green square that offered a peaceful place to sit. It's very close to Paddington station. The room included plates, mugs and cutlery (which was great!) but no bowl or water glass. Otherwise, all was good - thank you.

Excellent central Location close to Paddington Station. Competitive pricing. Decent mattress, little Kitchen was a bonus. The rooms are basic but bedding and towels are clean and we were happy to find something affordable for a nights stay. The toilet was very cramped, but the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot.

Basic but super clean great for one night especially if going to Hyde Park. Very close to tube and shops

Location, accessibility No A/C . Extremely cramped bathroom, small room with bunks.

Location was handy for where we were going. Quiet area as well. Very basic, but to be expected. Few amenities in the room. Very basic.
