Location and reception area. Staff helpful. The room was very basic, toilet seat not attached properly. Could do with a fridge and mirror with a socket in the bedroom. Next door were pretty noisy first night till gone 2am.

I was placed in an apartment after booking a double room and it was fantastic. Kitchen, living space, then upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space and comfort and very well priced. Reception staff were also very pleasant. I accidentally left valuables around in plain sight when I went to work, and they were exactly where I left them when I got back whilst the room had been cleaned. The ironing facilities are poor for ironing work shirts. The breakfast has a semi decent variety but the quality was not for me. Sausages incredibly soft and dissolvable and the ham looks like slices of spam.

Location Breakfast was poor, no bacon. Spoons submerged in beans and scrambled eggs which is really bad hygiene standards. Communal toilets not that clean.

We had a 1-bedroom apartment, it was great to have the separate bedroom, the bed was comfy, we didn't really use it but there was also a separate kitchen which was good. The only downside was there was no air conditioning, there was a fan provided, it wasn't until the last day that we discovered that the bedroom window could open at the top, that would of been handy. We were able to extend our booking which was appreciated and we didn't need to move rooms.

Clean comfortable rooms with basically everything you may need. Friendly staff Perfect location, a few minute walk from the Paddington station Special thanks to the cleaning ladies who truly kept our room spotless, changed the towels and trash bins daily. The rooms were a bit too small , but it's alright for a few days. Warm water in the shower took too long to start

Very poor

Aside from the breakfast, which was decent, our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable. For 3 days of our stay we had no hot water whatsoever. Instead of being able to shower properly, we were forced to boil kettles of water and wash in the sink. This is not what anyone should expect when paying for a hotel. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Despite raising the issue multiple times and asking for help, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of concern. At no point were we offered an alternative room or any meaningful solution. To make matters worse, we discovered a glue mouse trap underneath the bed. Glue traps are widely condemned for animal welfare reasons and their use raises serious questions about the hotel's health and safety standards, cleanliness, and pest control practices. Finding this hidden under a bed was shocking and completely unacceptable. The combination of poor hygiene standards, the presence of a mouse trap, no hot water for nearly half of our stay, and staff who showed no interest in resolving the situation made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Customer service was non-existent, and basic guest welfare appeared to be an afterthought.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Comfy bed and quiet room. Location, short walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

it was very hot after a hot summer day. Uncomfortably so. The room had a small electric fan that was only half managing to mitigate the problem.
