Clean and great location I liked everything

Great location, very good breakfast, pleasant staff. Room was very small (don't know if larger ones were available,) asked for a double bed, ended up with 2 singles. They were pretty stingy with the toiletries.

Check In easy, low floor room was as requested, facilities clean, breakfast excellent. Located close to main line and tube stations. Staff friendly. Close to many restaurants for evening meal. There was a little noise from what I assume was tube trains passing close by.

The room (8) was nice, and sensibly, the radiator was off in the warmer weather, but easy to adjust the setting if I'd needed to. Access to the building at any time made it easy to make a late journey back after the evening shows. The location is about 2-3 mins walk from Paddington station and easy access to the Tube. They provide a nicely cooked English breakfast as well as cereals and fruit, which you don't always get in hotels of this type now in London! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The placement of the bed was opposite to what I'd expected and the lack of a headboard made it harder to relax and watch any TV. The soap dish in the shower needed to be more secure as it came off the first time I used it.

The hotel has an excellent location and offers very easy access to the main areas of the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. the breakfast finishes too early, which is not ideal for a relaxed or laid-back trip. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the hairdryer in the room was not working, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park -- a plus. It's an easy 30-40 minute walk to Bond Street and its luxury shops. A hair dryer was provided. Reception desk staff were very friendly. The room was very small -- actually tight for 2 people. Although there were tea cups and an electric pot, there were no other glasses in the room. There was only one place to put one suitcase. No dresser, just a standalone closet with hangers for clothes. Toiletries were a small bar of soap and small shampoo and conditioners tubes.

Very accommodating. Great location. My favorite place to stay in London.

easy location to Paddington Station. Room was clean and quiet. I forgot a large envelope of cash, credit cards. and ID cards in the room after 5 days of stay. When I called the hotel the day after my departure (and 2 additional follow-up calls), I was told nothing was found. I used some of the cash in the envelope on my first day and that's the envelope that I did not intend to take out of the room. So I have full confident the envelop was in the room before my departure. I don't remember seeing a safety box in the room. I did not report the incident to the police, but I felt obliged to share the fact.

Always stay here for a night when traveling through England or elsewhere. Simple, clean, quiet, good breakfast. Near restaurants, stores, hop on off tours, etc. 5 minutes to London Paddington Station. Front desk Flavio is excellent! shower is tiny

HOT! Hot weather means hot rooms. Noisy and inadequate fans and limited airflow. Need to update fans or add some that could move cool night air into through the windows. Didn't sleep well.

First time in my travel with room no air conditioner, no refrigerator, no desk and a tiny bathroom. Only plus is their location close to train station. The hotel not equip to standard

The location was great, friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast included too which is a great bonus. The room was up lots of flights of steps and there was no air con in the tiny room, just a fan which wasn’t very good.

Great location , tired looking property , no atmosphere The room very basic needed more of a clean ans headboards on the needs , beds extremely noisy

The location was very good The bedroom was very small and the bathroom even less. There is no elevator, which was so difficult to go to the fourth floor with heavy luggage with half levels.

Incredibly kind and efficient staff and close proximity to Paddington I liked everything. I’ve been coming here for 15 years

Location. Close to train station Tiny bathroom. Postage stamp sized TV. Third floor room with no elevator (Booking.com description of room was intentionally misleading.)

Friendly staff, good breakfast and close to areas we wanted to explore. Just because I’m older I would have like a ground floor bedroom or a lift. (Elevator)

Location next to train station. Private bathroom. Breakfast was on another building across the street. My wife found a hair in her food.
