room was really nice, not large but was well planned out and with good air conditioning. We slept well with no disturbances even though it was the hottest day in June. A free drink each for their pub around the corner was a nice addition also. breakfast was good for me but not so great for my partner who is a vegetarian. Eggs tend to be scrambled for help yourself style continental breakfasts but in this case fried eggs were provided so scrambled eggs on toast option was not there for her. Maybe an option if we had asked but we chose not to . Not a massive issue for me but you did ask what we did not like :)

The front desk clerk was very helpful. He gave us recommendations for places to eat. The location was great just 2 blocks from Paddington Station. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of cold and hot options. The rooms were very small. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship bathroom.

The location was great. Walking distance close to Kensington park and to Paddington station. Many restaurants especially.next to our room. The noise from bar below our room was going on late at night. FIFA games was happening the time we visited.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms. Includes breakfast.

I've stayed at several three star hotels in Paddington. This was the best so far. Breakfast is good enough for me. There's a lift! Water pressure is high, warm water is steady. There were soap, shampoo, gel etc. I've stayed at a double bed room, room size was adequate. Total silence! I slept well. You can buy water and beverages at the lobby (starts from only £1). You only walk 5 minutes to Elizabeth line which carries you to the center and also to the airport. Reception welcomes your online shopping.

1. Location! Paddington Rail/Underground Station was a mere 5 minute walk, as were many restaurants and bars. 2. Friendly Staff! Special acknowledgement and thanks to: >Hotel manager, Andreas. At check-in, he provided me a map with marked locations of recommended eateries & attractions. Thereafter, acting as concierge, booked a theater ticket for a preferred seat to the hit comedy play, "Oh, Mary!", to which he had seen & highly recommended; I concur! >Elaine, the restaurant supervisor for serving a delicious English breakfast and maintaining a clean, attractive space. 3. Complimentary 24hr coffee/tea bar with seating near the lobby as well as a kettle with coffee/tea in-room. 4. AC system. 1. The small sized bathroom, including the walk-in shower space, which had a circular rail shower curtain and a shower wand, too small/cramped for a large sized person. 2. There was a small ottoman for sitting at the desk; a seat back chair would have been more comfortable (if space allowed for a small sized room).

Location, service, breakfast, everything Nothing to dislike!

Location, breakfast, staff Pretty cramped—fine for one person. A bit worn.

The breakfast is amazing. It's the best breakfast from a budget hotel. The location is good, too. It's very close to Paddington station. The bathroom is super small. The shower is about 2 by 2.

Close to Paddington station. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The group enjoyed the breakfast

The best staff ever. From the reception to the kitchen Breakfast was really good Really close to the main station. Shower was so tiny.

Location and a good breakfast Small and not well furnished

Location and good breakfast Small and quite spartan. Mattress was uncomfortable.

The location was perfect since it was very close to Paddington metro station. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise having everything even the big name hotels. The hotel was very clean, and they even cleaned with soap. The floors were very clean. The room was very small, and reminded us of a cruise ship.

The staff is awesome and the location is great. There is easy access to excellent food locally and transportation is very close. The bed was a bit hard.
-
I didn’t like how small the room was and how high the shower head was. It wasn’t adjustable. It felt clustered inside of the room.
-
Location was close to Paddington which made travel easy and the breakfast was phenomenal! Hot water was not great, if multiple people had to shower the hot water ran out fast. Had to move rooms due to water leaking when flushing toilet, second room had same issue just not as bad.

Staff - 10/10, they were helpful and polite It's okay for a short stay of 1-2 days. They advertised that the booked room was soundproofed. It was not. Wi-Fi was also not okay.
