Central location The room was so tiny I could barely put my suitcase down to open it. The bathroom is so small and the shower head so big it would wet half the bathroom every time I tried to take a shower. Cleaning personnel were just changing linens instead of actually cleaning; there was a dead bug in my shower for multiple days, and the shower also had mildew stains that were never cleaned. The staff, while some of them were well-meaning, were entirely incompetent. If you asked the night staff for anything they would just tell you to talk to the morning staff. I requested a vegan meal and had seen previous reviews saying they had accommodated this. The first thing they asked is “how serious” I am about eating vegan which is insulting. They then asked what vegan meant and I explained, which is totally fine to ask. I then told them what kinds of things I eat for breakfast (light breakfast, bread and yoghurt). They completely ignored that, and in the morning presented me with unseasoned deep fried tofu hardened so much it was no longer edible, as well as a vegan burger patty. They also said their bread isn’t vegan which I highly doubt is true. I tried to decline this vegan meal politely a few times and they got weird about it and tried to make me feel guilty if I didn’t eat it or didn’t come to breakfast until I finally said “this doesn’t taste good, please tell them to stop making it”. Another staff member was rude just about me sitting in the lobby for 5 minutes while I was waiting for a delivery.

Good base to get around. Local to tube station, bars and places to eat. Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable

Location is superb. Bed, pillows, shower excellent. Breakfast very good. Some staff were nice, others miserable. The blinds did not cover the windows. Light was streaming in at 4:30am. It couldn't be fixed. So I slept poorly each night despite good bedding.

The property was lovely! In an absolute amazing location. Quick walk to Paddington Station, food and safe area! Staff are great! Hotel very clean. Room smaller but well appointed. All was great!

Staff were very helpful and actually upgraded our rooms so my granddaughter and I could be in adjacent rooms. Nothing

location and cleaniness needed a blackout blind.

Staff were lovely, we asked to change rooms because the one they gave us smelled of cigarettes and they quickly moved us elsewhere. Much smaller than it appears on the pictures; the reception, breakfast room and hotel rooms are very small. Fine if you’re only staying 1 or 2 nights but can feel a little claustrophobic.

The hotel staff is available 24 hours a day and is always friendly, professional, and willing to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast is comprehensive and offers a good variety of options. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Hyde Park and close to bus stops providing convenient connections to both Stansted Airport and the city center. The room is clean and well-maintained, and daily housekeeping service is available upon request. The room was somewhat compact, but it was comfortable and suitable for a single traveler. For two people, however, it might feel a little small.
