the location is good, but the air conditioner in the room is really noisy, in addition, l have mentioned that removing portrait or replacing it before I check in, the hotel did not care my demand......

I really liked the hotel's location and I appreciated that the room was cleaned every day and that coffee was regularly replenished. Although I booked a standard room with a window, the window faced a wall less than one meter away, which made the room feel quite closed in. I couldn't properly ventilate the room because whenever I opened the window, there was an extremely loud noise from the air-conditioning units. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. There was practically no internet connection in the room, and the connection was only good around the reception area.

The location is excellent for getting around London using the tube. The hotel was good but the room was on the small side for a so called deluxe double and very tired looking decor. The breakfast is again ok but could do with more choice and the tables are so close together you can get out once your in your seat. Value for money? I think a little steep considering it really needs a revamp. Probably won't stay again at that price. Location and local restaurants and shops.

Hotel very clean. Room was small as expected in London but had everything we needed. Air con was great. Breakfast was better than expected. We found the staff to be very pleasant. Location to Paddington Station was handy. There were no negatives during our stay.

This is my 7th time in london and I must rate this hotel as the top one so far. Good beds and pillows, perfect shower, not noisy, central, close to stations, pubs and shops, also with ac None

The location was excellent. A five minute walk from Paddington station. A vibrant bustling area, with plenty of local shops. 15 minute walk from Hyde park. The hotel was basic. The bedroom was certainly not spacious. The bathroom was tiny, not enough space to turn around in or put on clothes after a shower. The shower cubicle had yellowing grouting which needed to be replaced and the plug hole was slow. The bathroom in particular was of a low standard. No bathrobes or slippers supplied.

The location was amazing. The hotel looked really nice The rooms were a bit cramped up.

Rooms extremely small. I should had paid more attention to this fact when booking it, and had I done that, I would had not booked it. Breakfast was average, even though I see reviews praising it. Room-size.

Hotel was very clean. Room was decent size and had all the required amenities. The staff was great as well. The whole room was clean but the bathroom door from inside the bathroom was dirty from below. Had some brown marks on there, but must have been overlooked by the cleaners in error.
