The location was just right for us, near Victoria Station. We were able to leave our bags safely for some quick sightseeing. Quiet and we could open a window for cool air. Linens and room were quite clean. Nice hot water in shower. The room and bath were VERY small and basic, hot water kettle didn’t work. The price was really much too high for such a room.

I loved close proximity to metro and super friendly staff. Very supportive, attentive and accommodating. The room is as pictured, bit smallish but for one it was good and worked. Staff member helped me with carrying the suitcase upstairs, nice! Great to have tea / coffee/ milk replenishment every day. Place is very nice and Pimlico station is great. Leaning ppl checked on me every day, and were accommodating. Overall, no complaints about the place itself. Bit smallish shower area but okay for the price. Beware of thieves in the area, especially late hour ( 10 pm) - towards Victoria station. They snatched my phone from the hand!! Very unfortunate.

Great locatation and affordable for being london. Bed was comfortable and room on the top floor was light, yet very little traffic in the street. A bit run down, but for that price range in London that's ok. I would consider staying there again. Free coffee, Tea and milk in the room and kettle. Cleaning could be better and the day staff in reception wasn't very happy. Also, charging 5 pounds for internet feels like it is ancient. Should be free. Bathroom small, but that's ok. Should clean the drains though for better flow. They could spurge for an air freshener in the rooms.
