Room was lovely, the coloured lights were a great touch! And everything was easy to control with the tablet. Entrance to hotel was lovely and welcoming. The pillows were really hard and was no kettle, coffee or tea in room.

Location is very central and lobby is very lively and funky decor. The bathroom was not to our liking. The small size of the room wasn’t a negative since we were so central, however we couldn’t get used to the bathroom in the room concept (only with frosted glass as a barrier).

Excellent room - slept like a baby! Lovely staff, great breakfast. Very modern hotel which is not usually me, but I loved everything about CitizenM Victoria. Will definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends and shared pictures and videos. I would have liked a way to have a tea first thing in the morning - I am not going to get dressed, then make my way downstairs when I wake up at 05.00am just to get a cup of tea! ( However, this will not stop me from booking again)
