Excellent hotel located in a quiet area with three highly convenient underground stations nearby. The city center is also within walking distance. Our room was spacious with great air conditioning, which was absolutely essential during the summer heatwaves. The minibar items were free of charge, and fresh bottles of water were provided every day. We were also able to arrange a late checkout for just £25 per hour. During our stay, we tried almost everything on the non-vegan breakfast menu and enjoyed it. All the stuff was very friendly. If we visit London again (though definitely not during the summer!), we will absolutely stay here.

The lady at reception ( apologies I don’t have her name ) set the tone for a most enjoyable stay. She was very welcoming.and engaging. Our room wasn’t ready on check in but we were offered a glass of Prosecco and invited to sit in the terrace. We had a very short wait and received a room upgrade. NA
