The location was amazing, only 35 minutes walk from the Big Ben and the London Eye and right next to a bus stop straight to those locations. Metro stop around 10 minutes walking. The room was clean, staff was kind. It was warm inside the room. The shower corner was spacious and the water flow was strong with hot water. Some people say the district is not very safe but we did not have any problems even during the night. There are still quite cheap restaurants around to save money. The room is really quite small but that’s still okay. The worse thing is there was not a big wardrobe so there wasn’t a place where to put clothes. Only a few hangers.

Check in and check out we’re smooth. Location was decent. Very noisy at night. Right across from a very active police station. Cleaning staff barged into room without knocking.

Great for the price, in London. A small place, the common areas seem to need a bit of attention, but the room itself was very clean, compact and comfortable enough. Do try the Mexican restaurant next door :) Ground floor room, so there was noise from outside. There's little the hotel could do, I suppose.

Place may not look like much from the outside with an older facade on a side street but it's a very good hotel. The check-in was easy, staff professional and quick. The room was good size and had a terrific bed, super comfortable and large. Good shower/bath too. The neighborhood had a lot happening with restaurants and bars, stores etc all very close. Public library down the street. Close to Elephant and ?? underground and only 35 minute walk to London Bridge Train Station for Thameslink to Gatwick. Easy walk with lots of places to grab food and coffee along the way. Completely met my needs and the comfort and ease exceeded them.
