The staff were lovely. The waffle machine was great When we arrived we were put in a room that didn't meet our needs despite asking for a family room with the sofa bed made up we didn't get this so had to move rooms. We had had a long day so we used the restaurant facilities at night and ordered the pie. The mashed potatoes and vegs were cold but the pie was hot. At night the bed was terribly uncomfortable and resulted in nobody having a good night sleep. There was no extra bedding in the room such as pillows which may have made the bed a little more comfortable. The breakfast wasnt great. The eggs tasted a little weird and the sausages looked like they had been steam cooked instead of cooked in an oven. There was no bath in the bathroom and it was just a shower but the bathroom itself was really tiny and felt quite claustrophobic.

The staff, each one of them were outstanding. The hotel is perfect.

The staff were incredible, each one of them from management to the bar staff and restaurant staff and the maids and the kitchen team. All outstanding. Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and nice and fresh. Bedroom was lovely, nice and comfy Great location for Wembley Stadium. Took maximum of 10 minutes in an Uber. Tricky to walk to but loved our stay overall

the breakfast was very yummy, easily accessible, and sitting down in the morning was lovely- showers have good pressure, and sink had lots of space for getting ready. Beds and pillows were SO comfy, and the little neighbouring lamps made reading very easy! as well as having a main light switch right next to the bedside so wouldn’t have to get up in the night. i was in room 112, lighting was odd here and there but isn’t too inconvenient, and there was an odd high pitched beeping going off the entire time which was annoying and disrupted sleep, but could somewhat avoid it with airpods or blanket over your head. (not the most ideal). there was a dodgy lamp light too that wouldn’t turn on properly, as well as a used face mask from previous residents.
