The environment is very good and the staff are friendly. The wifi is everywhere and functions. There is no table and chair for study and the television was not working.

The fact that it was in a prime location How can you even give this place a star, it shouldn’t even be listed here as an option. This place is where I want to come to after a long journey.

Very disappointing stay, poor cleanliness and not as advertised Unfortunately, our one-night stay here was extremely disappointing. Check-in was available from 3pm and we didn't arrive until around 8:30pm, so there had been plenty of time for the room to be properly prepared. Despite this, the standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a pillow without a pillowcase, marks and dirt around the room, mould/damp-looking stains on the walls, and the bathroom was particularly unpleasant. We found hairs that were definitely not ours in the sink and even stuck to the soap bottle, and the toilet brush and surrounding area were filthy. To make matters worse, we found an empty condom wrapper on a shelf in the wardrobe, which really made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned between guests. Toiletries were advertised as being provided, but there was no shampoo, only body wash. We stayed during some of the hottest weather in the UK and the room was unbearably hot, with not even a fan provided. We had to ask for one and were eventually given a fan that worked but was extremely noisy. The TV also didn't work, and during the night our sleep was disturbed by very loud noise coming from outside. Breakfast was another disappointment. We had booked with breakfast included and, at check-in, were simply told that there were two breakfast time slots. We chose the later one. The following morning, someone unexpectedly knocked on our room door holding two plates of full English breakfast and told us the dining room was out of order. We don't eat a fried breakfast, so we asked whether we could have something simple instead , brown toast, fruit, cereal or yoghurt. We were told none of these were available and that they only make cooked breakfasts.

For the price it was very good . The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good The hallways and bathroom does need to be updated.

The breakfast was excellent and great value for the price as inclusive Nothing , the staff were very helpful and amenable . We felt very well taken care of .

We stayed for 1 night and bed was comfy and breakfast was nice so no complaints there , it great place to stay if on budget right next to railway station for links and 5 minute walk to the high street for massive choice of restaurants etc Would stay again No teaspoon in room

Location was close to for the purpose of Travel we made. The property images shown online were doesn't meet the real Property. Cleanliness of property needs very good attention. wardrobes and tables and chair were dangling and unable to sit or work on table. Mattress and bed were with lot of stains.

They bought us a full English breakfast in the morning which was included with our stay, the room is a great size and has a big mirror and dressing table and the location is great being so close to a train station. Bathroom could be updated
