Good location, easy transport No fan, hardly any ventilation, it was August 26. It was hot but tolerable outside but the hotel room was roasting. I asked for a fan but there was none available. The man at the reception for the night could not help. No air-conditioning, no fan, it felt like a sauna. Couldn't sleep for almost whole of the night. It was my worst experience ever of staying in a hotel. Wanted to go out on the street and sleep on a bench

The balcony, and the location. The toilet extractor wasn’t working!
-
Location Shower was hot and wouldn’t turn cooler, scalding hot.

Location close to all amenities, including trains, buses, and restaurants. The room is quite small for three people. There's no air conditioning during summer, and the small stand fan provided is low quality and noisy. The shower isn't functioning well. We complained and they promised to fix it, but the technician didn't show up.

We arrived following a Eurostar train ride, late in the evening, but the reception cordially let us in. The location of the property in Paddington meant we could easily reach it and from there head out through the city. We were quite surprised with the quality we received for the affordable price, so that is definitely a plus point! The room was not very spacious, but it was well enough for the three night stay we had here. The shower was full and had good water pressure, which made showering in the property relaxing. I think that the room could have benefitted from some sound proofing, as it is located near a busy road. Despite the fact that this makes the room super centrally located, the sirens and cars were making it somewhat difficult to sleep, even with the window closed. The beds were comfortable but having slightly thicker pillows would have been preferred by us.

Check in staff were friendly.great location for our needs A member of our party arrived during the eve when we were out. We told the staff this would be the case when we checked in and were told the guest would just need to give our room number. We he arrived he was not allowed into our room, he was not even allowed to wait in reception and had to wait on the street!!!! DISGUSTING

The staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and clean and there were little extras like shampoo, etc. The location is fantastic. The room was a little tired looking, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Great location for my needs Sufficient enough

Staff were helpful. The location was convenient for the event that we were attending The location is extremely noisy, made worse by world cup celebrations. It was like there was full scale riot going on outside the hotel and it went on to the early hours of the morning.

Location great. Easy for getting about London. Staff brilliant and very helpful/friendly. Ideal if you’re not spending time at the hotel apart from sleeping. We were on the 3rd floor during July, the room was extremely hot, to the point it was uncomfortable. A small fan was provided, but we struggled to sleep.
