Good location Parking Friendly daytime staff Very on comfortable bed, Shower not good
-
It was ok, given the price and the location I understand it is a single bed but it was too short even for a single bed, had I been 5cm taller, the bed would have been too small.

Very nice and helpfull staff.

The location is good, with easy access to the subway and buses, and it’s close to the main points in the city. The staff seemed to be there just to be there, no interaction at all, and they didn’t even provide the Wi-Fi information, which is a basic thing to inform guests. There was a strong smell in the corridor, like spices and incense, which was unpleasant. The mattress was old and a very noisy spring mattress, even the slightest movement caused a loud sound. It was uneven, so it constantly felt like I was sliding off. The television was extremely small, more like a tablet than a proper TV. In the bathroom shower, there wasn’t even a place to put soap.

Didnt have it The floor had huge gaps with dirt and dust. I woke with a terrible sinusitis episode

Very dirty the staff is not good enough!!!!

The beds were basically just box springs with all the springs torturing you throughout sleepness nights. There should be a law against this and their license to operate should be revoked.

The room is so small.

We needed a budget accomodation in the area for a couple of nights as had hospital appointment. The facilities are very basic and it's a shame the maintenance of the rooms is not kept up as everything was there that you would need for a short stay,The staff were very friendly ,the bed comfortable ,the shower was lacking in heat and power the TV functioned well and the cleanliness of the room good .Note: there is no kettle or cups in rooms It served the purpose but definitely not suitable for that romantic weekend if you want to impress.Location excellent. The owners need to get a repairman and decorator into the rooms and methodically check replace and fix before things get too bad .This is a hotel which gives good value for money but has the potential to do that bit better for its clients.

Location 1. I came in before check in time and asked to keep my bag in a safe storage space. In the evening when i came back, the bag was just laying on the floor in the main corridor, so anyone could have walked in and stolen it. 2. When i came into my room, iv spotted that the tv doesnt work, no remote controller, no kettle and no soap in the shower. I straightaway went downstairs to ask for a room change or to get everything fixed/replaced. Receptionist was friendly, gave me a kettle (which was very dirty), said that i should have told him earlier that i want to watch tv as its currently broken.the receptionist also said that hotel is fully booked and there is currently no tv reception anyway so i wouldnt be able to watch tv. I was very surprised to hear that one needs to inform the hotel about using facilities for which one is paying for?! One soap was also provided. I have requested for tv to be fixed for the following day. After , i went back to my room and heard loud tv fr my neighbour (sound proofing is terrible). 3. The kettle was very dirty, i used soap to wash it myself in the sink before it could be used. 4. Facilities were overall dusty. 5. Toilet flush didnt work.
