The decor is so quirky! We visited with our 14 year old grand-daughter and they loved their room. It will be very memorable. In all honesty, it wasn't the cleanest or the comfiest hotel, but it definitely the most interesting decor!

Location. Helpful staff. Room was more like a cupboard. No heating. All just a little too grubby. At £80.00 it should have been better. Not great. Just better.

Location and price Uncomfortable bed. Cramped weird shower room module

Reasonably priced, friendly staff Being able to take your room key out with you as reception isn’t always manned

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is in a useful position, not too far from central London. In some ways I liked the quirky decor and shabby artistic feel to the place. The room was very small, and the en suite was so tiny you could barely move in it. The en suite was also old and shabby, the shower head holder was broken. Lighting was bad in both the room and the bathroom. The one radiator was covered by the curtain, under the single glazed badly fitting sash window. The window looked like the original one from when the house was built, which is lovely, but made it cold. The mattress was a very cheap, hardly padded open sprung one which was very noisy and uncomfortable. There was no duvet, only one blanket and a sheet (plus a second blanket which was provided when we asked for one). The decor is fun, but the portraits on the wall were a little creepy! An interesting place but definitely not worth £200 for one night.

The location was good. Clean. Shower didn't work. Found a mouse trap under my bed. Room cold had a portable electric heater. Single room at the top of the property

Absolutely nothing. Please avoid at all costs It was very dirty, no hot water, hardly any cold running water, plastic mattress, complained but not manager, still awaiting a call with regards to refund, tried calling 10 times

We LOVED how quirky the hotel was, honestly never stayed anywhere like it. It was full of character and the absolute best kind of bizarre. If you like weird, batpoop crazy then this is the hotel for you. Iit was really clean and comfortable too The only thing I really didn't like was the fact you have to leave your key if you leave the hotel to go out.... but other than that, no complaints at all

Well located near Paddington and a couple of minutes walk to Edgware Road. The rooms all have their own theme which is a quirky and interesting touch. Must be one of, if not the only hotel in this area that has this type of selling point. Reception were friendly and the hotel was quiet. Nothing was negative as such but the bedding was a bit thin with all sheets and think blankets - no duvets. The temperate of the room was on the cold side, considering it was December - and I couldn’t locate any heating. The TV was also tiny. The bathroom is also very small with the sink located in the corner of the room but I had no problem with this - it all adds to the character.

Location Room was too cold. Had to ask for help operating the shower. Had to ask for milk for tea

location. Close to tube station. I stayed in a room with a single bed. Only when I arrived I was told the bathroom wasn’t within the room and I had to walk down the corridor to use the toilet and shower. The bed was very noisy and creeks. I was cold in the night, no extra bedding in the wardrobe. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location was good for Tube links to the centre Couldnt check in at 3pm as it says. Room was freezing cold, the heating hadn’t been on, when I asked them to heat it up they turned it up to full heat but as it hadn’t been on there wasn’t enough time to heat. Shower room/ toilet tiny, and wouldn’t even consider having a shower as it was as cold as a fridge. Room was really dark. TV the size of a postage stamp. Mattress really thin and uncomfortable. Never seemed to be anyone working there, “reception” unmanned.

Clean, quiet, well-located, hot water, a small heater in the room My bed was next to a single-pane window which had not been modernised, so there was a draught.

Location was convenient for my business meeting. Nice staff and cool and crazy looking hotel. Only the one thing was a shower tap was hard to turn... Every else was great.
