Nice looking room. Friendly staff Shower temp regulator didn't work properly. Hot and cold Mattress was lumpy and too warm for summer Air conditioner leaked for half my stay.

Close to train stations breakfast was okay. Very small, staff weren’t overly helpful or welcoming. Could have towel hooks in the bathroom.

Quite new facility for London Paddington standards They didn't provide cleaning of the room as standard. Only upon request a quick refresh, which I asked twice and never been provided. There is also an RGB led in the room, which for some strange reason couldn't be disactived last night, they managed from reception and it turned on in the middle of the night, again, killing my sleep!

Point A Paddington is a well maintained, clean hotel with excellent public transport connections to various locations in London. After booking, you'll have the opportunity to pick your room online (I suggest one of the higher floors if you're sensitive to noise, as the Underground is directly beneath the street.) The staff is friendly and welcoming. Note that the rooms, although comfortable and well equipped, are rather small - better for a shorter stay.

The front desk staff were really nice. The young man who was at night shift offered us a complimentary luggage storage as it was only for few hours, that was really nice of him. Room was a bit compact but really clean and cozy. We liked our stay there. The room size and there was no proper cupboard/wardrobe or storage space
