Located less than a 5-minute walk from London Paddington Station and Hyde Park, this boutique hotel offers elegant rooms with free internet and satellite TV. Oxford Street’s shops are a 10-minute Tube ride away, while Buckingham Palace can be reached in 15 minutes. Inhabit, Southwick Street has 86 restorative bedrooms, benefiting from private bathrooms free toiletries, a hairdryer and bathrobes and under floor heating. Tea/coffee facilities are provided in all rooms. Yeotown, our restaurant serves organic Plant-centric cuisine, carbon neutral coffee, cold-pressed organic juices, and a healthy, plant-centric menu. I loved it , a bit of a maze to find your room but you learn quickly , no bar or restaurant, that didn’t bother me , it’s near everywhere you need to see in London . Staff so friendly and so helpful It’s vegan , afraid I am not vegan , saying that I felt safe and slept great

The location was convenient to where I needed to be, and there were a couple of staff members who genuinely tried to help. I appreciated the sauna Facil, but unfortunately, the actual guest experience did not live up to the proper as wellness focus branding. Unfortunately, my stay involved a series of significant issues I was relocated in the middle of the night after my first room had a persistent noise, problem the replacement room the next day had a strong sewage drain odor for most of the day as well as cleanliness issues repeated interruptions, despite do not disturb request, and multiple maintenance and operational issues. Sleep was repeatedly disrupted, which was especially difficult during an important professional trip and given the properties wellness focus branding, the overall experience felt extremely inconsistent with what was advertised. Overall, very, very disappointing

Excellent location near Paddington station. The ‘design’ hotel concept with ‘wellness’ facilities is more of a gimmick than the motivation of the hotel and its staff. Our room was cramped, the air con wasn’t very effective. The floor of the bedroom was filthy, as when I sat on the bed I made the covers dirty with the dirt that was on my feet. On our second morning there was apparently an issue with the kitchen so we couldn’t have breakfast. We were offered to go to their sister hotel and have breakfast there which was a 15 minute walk away. No other option was offered, no refund, no vouchers for somewhere local or even the option of we will order you what you want and have it delivered. A lot of the things they offer on their listing and website such as pillow spray, eye mask and bespoke aromatherapy scent for the room don’t exist and when this was mentioned on check out, we were told these things were ‘on request’ which this isn’t stated anywhere. Overall a disappointing experience and the hotel does not live up to its claims.

Location for Paddington station and Heathrow Express. Hyde Park. Clean and cared for. No refrigerator in room. Bed felt a bit collapsed, sagging. Tiny bathroom. No complimentary water.

The breakfast in this hotel is excellent. It's a third party provider and it's one of the best I've experienced when travelling in London. The location is also good. Two big things: 1. Room 219. It wasn't possible to sit on the toilet normally because there wasn't space for your legs. You had to sit at at ridiculous angle. 2. The fire alarm when every several times an hour from about 06.00 to 8.00. No message of apology.
