Hot water supply was timed. Too early or too late and you wouldnt have sufficiently hot water for bath.

Good central location, quiet for being in a city. comfortable bed, good shower and very clean Breakfast wasn’t available at the time of our stay but it was easy enough to find somewhere else around Paddington

Good size of room, window open upon arrival so it wasn't too hot. Beds were comfortable. Very good location for Paddington station and underground. No milk for the tea/coffee, no shower gel for the shower and you can't fit the kettle under the bathroom tap to fill it! The bathroom door was odd, could see through the gap in the middle!?

The location is good Stay away.

I liked only the location that's all 1.nobody in the reception to help you. 2.nobody comes to clean your room, the cleaning lady only comes when you leave the hotel. 3. The shower omg that shower i will remember it only in my horror dreams, even in the 1800 they had better showers i think, no hot water during the morning and only hot water during the day that's just weird. 4.no kettle,tea or coffee provided to you 5.prostitution next to your window at friday night 6.no AC and no TV this hotel is just to spend the night.

The location, only 5-10 min walk from both Paddington and Edgware Road stations. The room itself was quite large with a comfortable enough bed. The four nights that I stayed there was no hot water in the shower, even after running the water for a good 10 minutes. The sink had no plug so was difficult to wash. The room I was in was a good 4 flights of stairs to climb, defo not any good for anyone with mobility issues. No kettle and no tea and coffee like most other hotels do.

Price was excellent for the location. 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park. Plenty of shops and restaurants at the end of the road. 15 minutes walk to Abbey Road. If you're looking for a stay on a budget this is perfect. It's cheap and cheerful. No kettle in room. Parking is £15 but comes as an additional cost that needs to be paid in cash.

Nothing Booked for breakfast but apon arrival said they no longer provide it and no advance notification. No top sheet on the beds only thick bed spread wich had never seen a washing machine , no staff any where to ask for one , disgusting ? slept in clothes all night ,bad service , bad communication bad facilities .. never ever again and would avoid at all costs.

There was no one available during the Stay fit questions. No breakfast was provided. But was mentioned om the website this would be available

Location The bed was very uncomfortable with 1 cheap nasty pillow each. There was no kettle or hairdryer. Radiator wasn't working, small electric heater in room. Somehow water from the cold tap was as hot as from the hot tap, the shower seemed to have 2 settings scalding hot and very hot. There was somebody in reception to check us in after that a phone number for use in emergency only

Location was excellent, few minutes walk from Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Shower was scalding with no way of turning down. It actually burnt me. No breakfast provided even though it stated breakfast when we booked. If a hotel is going to take this facility away, the fault of Covid or not, then a reduction in price should have been given.
