Comfy, clean bed, spotless bathroom. Polite staff. Too hot in the room, I know, it is because of the weather.

Great location. Fair breakfast. The room we stayed had a fan. Kind staff. The cleanliless could be improved. Carpet was very dusty and the bed sheets slightly smelly.
-
Close to transport The room was underground. I asked for two double bed room. But they did give three single bed. Not satisfied.

Clean room, Staff on duty 24 hrs and friendly. . Near Paddington Station and shops restaurants, pubs and St Marys Hospital. Dinning room crowded.Need a bigger room. Toilet flush went wrong on the morning we left.Guess valve the problem. Reported and Staff said he will report to get repaired. Fire Safety instruction inside room needs to be uprated to include diagram on the exit route to follow.Signage in basement needed.Fire doors need to be kept shut and not propped open. Many Hotels seem to do that.

The quadruple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. For 3 adults and 1 kid. The cleanliness of the bathroom Climbing 3 floors :)

Good breakfast included in price The hotel wasn’t one building; had to check in and then find room in a different building around the corner ; it was up 3 flights of stairs
-
Historical building. Central 1. No lift for people with disabilities 2. Room was relatively clean but communal areas were dusty 3. Nowhere to hang personal belongings or towels in the bathroom 4. Fire extinguishers were holding doors open. Not good 5. Found out on arrival that there was a £15 charge for parking overnight at the hotel

I am going rate ok I have stayed in better and stayed in worse for the price in July comfy bed kettle tea and coffee working tv and fan found the staff friendly and helpful we enjoyed our stay ❤️ Breakfast could do with improvement basic cereal toast jam and juice coffee tea yogurt would be great just to add some boiled eggs and fruit, but I am on a diet so don’t bother me. Stairs no lifts next time will request 1st floor fan dusty long hairs in left shower and ants in room but bedding was clean thank goodness and we enjoyed our 3 night stay it wasn’t bad at all ❤️
