Konumu çok güzeldi Temizlik yapılmadı. Çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Odamız güneş almayan bodrum katındaydı ve aşırı nemden uyuyamadık çarşaflar nemden ıslaktı.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and in a great location for St Mary’s hospital or Paddington station. Small room with basic facilities, TV in 5B doesn’t work.

Good location Room is quite small, I had the single room which is not on the level with lift access so it was a bit difficult to move my luggage down/up the stairs.

Wonderful location, excellent price and the staff were very helpful. We were in the basement rooms so had to walk through the breakfast room to get out which was awkward in the morning. Also, the wifi didn't work down there and the room was rather dark so had to have lights on all the time.

Everything was ok , clean beautiful place. Near the station and the centre Everything was fine except the room was was small a little bit.

Towels and bed sheets must be cleaner, both had stains. Put towels on the floor to have them replaced, the "new" ones were also nasty. Had to leave the windows opened, little fun helped though.

Convenient to Paddington Station for all our outings by train & Underground. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice quiet location. The breakfast selections were good & the staff very pleasant.

The bedroom was too hot, need to put an AC especially when outside the temperature is 35 degrees, the window was not sturdy additionally very noisy at night. Breakfast was ok but too many tin and frozen fruits need to upgrade with fresh fruits. The lift was scary, kept moving when entering and coming out. Was making you feel dizzy.

We were very fortunate to get an early check in and got one of their air conditioned rooms. It was crazy hot in London when we were there! Great breakfast, comfortable beds and lovely staff!
