Clean and just what we needed for one night Probably wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night as rooms are very small

Good location in Paddington area, close to the train station and hospital. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. The shower only had 2 settings- scalding or cold. We told the person at reception but no one came to fix it. We ended up having washing ourselves by filling the kettle from the cold water tap and pouring it into the bath with the scalding hot water-not ideal after travelling long distance. The tv didn’t work either.

Staff were excellent from check in, the evening and then the morning for check out as well. Slightly noisy from the rooms directly above when moving around.

Central Location was great

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was pretty nice. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes' walk from Paddington station, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and groceries around for all your needs. It's a very beautiful part of town with trees and lovely architecture. There is an elevator, albeit old and very slow. And the room had two fans, which were absolute lifesavers considering the heat wave during our stay. And, since our return flight was very late at night, we were able to store our luggage after checkout, for free and with someone watching it all day (which was very comforting). I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, really friendly staff Room was awful. The window looked out onto the hallway so we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. We couldn’t get any fresh air and the noise from the air conditioner was horrendous The room was clean enough but so small, couldn’t even sit at the chair at the table to get ready. Drawer in the table was also broken. Wardrobe so close to the bed you can’t open the doors properly. The bathroom looked clean but the base of the shower was filthy and the shower head is fixed so impossible to have a shower and not wash your hair (no hair dryer in room either if you do get caught out). The “air freshener” has been there so long the scent pad inside has petrified. Definitely not worth the money, glad it was only 1 night

This hotel is located only a few minutes walk from Paddington station. It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights in London. The room was small but functional. I’d stay here again! Overall cleanliness in the room, especially around the baseboards. The shower also had quite a bit of build up around the floors/walls.
