Great location. Nice refurbished hotel. Good air conditioning. Helpful staff. Serves only continental breakfast, however it is quite good. Breakfast box was organized due to early departure. Hotel is smaller than expected. Some rooms are in the mid floor thus not accessible by elevator. Bit overpriced.

The room was clean and modern and the location was fantastic. Staff were great and very helpful They wanted to upgrade me to a room on the lower ground floor. I kept a first room floor as I don't like to be ground level or lower.

It was clean and newly renovated Too warm in the summer. I tried to get a fan but was unable and thr ac fan in the room did not work. I did try to open the windows but only reached 1 inch.

The location was convenient to Paddington. Air Conditioning took a while to kick in and wasn’t very strong on a hot day, but probably would be fine on a cooler day.

Location is perfect from Paddington Station or Edgeware Road to get to other parts of London. I prefer this location, as it's easy to connect to and from Heathrow. Room was clean and staff were friendly. It was a small room, but that is usually expected in London. Very hard to close the door to the bathroom, if you were standing inside. It's manageable, but I would say that was the worst part.
