Loved the location of the hotel. Everything you needed. Clean room and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would’ve preferred the tea and coffee facility’s in the room, but it was all in reception so that was fine.

I liked that it was close to the metro station, so I could easily take the metro and get to the places I wanted to visit. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even worse. On top of that, there was a bad smell coming from what I think was the drain.

Only Location, nothing else literally! Super small room, super small bathroom (many people cannot fit), I didn't see anything during reservation about such small size, inadequate heating, low water flow in shower, just a single worn-out bath towel, no head, foot towels, old building with narrow, steep stairs, no lift, should be very careful to carry heavy suite cases in those stairs, super close rooms each other you can hear every movement, noise, noisy housekeeping in the morning, grumpy night staff in the reception, single bed had 190cm length tops and very narrow. For the price I paid, I have stayed in lots of better options in the Paddington area many many times, even for cheaper sometimes.

Amazing location, just 3 mins from Paddington station. The property does not have an elevator as they are part of a heritage building. Breakfast does not have many options

Such a warm welcome by really friendly staff. Great location and beautifully refurbished room ( Room 20). Spotlessly clean, newly painted and carpeted. TV and fresh linen/towels and shower. I will definitely book again. Probably the best presented hotel in the street !!!! TOP !!
