Excellent location, good value for money, ok breakfast (we brought our own porridge and it was needed). Room small but that’s enough for sleeping. For us, walking to the fourth floor was perfectly ok, however, some might have challenges in the steep stairs. Bed could be a bit wider as it was only 130cm.

Well positioned about a 5 minute walk from Paddington train & underground stations. We arrived early, before the checkout time, to leave bags, but our room was ready so they checked us in. No lift. It’s not the end of the world, but I didn’t see that in the information so maybe it needs to be clearer, though it’s possible I just missed it.

The location is brilliant - less than 10 minutes to Paddington Station. I dropped in my overnight bag in the morning and staff were happy to pop it up to my room whilst I was at a business meeting. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Ideal for my overnight business trip. All positive - nothing to dislike

Splendid It's a long walk upto the ffth floor. West Ham lost again.
