Location My misunderstanding in thinking English breakfast. Breakfast was in between continental and English. Clarify on Booking.

Excellent location. Rooms and public areas were very basics but tidy. Bathroom in good condition. Kind personnel, they helped when needed. Basic breakfast, but all needed can be found and personnel in breakfast was very kind and fast. Room was quite small, but ok in relation to price. Lockert in a room would be great. If room is booked for two, two separate covers in bed are recommended.

The location was easy to understand.

Location is good. Shower pressure is good. I didn’t expect using air conditioner needs cost (£10/night), so we endured during night.

Location and cleanliness The Breakfast area was too small at times for the number of people being served. The tables were very close together making it difficult for older and larger individuals to get in and out.The breakfast itself was exactly the same everyday. The items that were sufficient included the boiled eggs.cold ham and cheese and the chocolate croissants. The orange juice was so watered down it barely had any orange taste. If you like weak coffee then it was great. The fruit cocktail they served every day was by no means a substitute for fresh oranges, apples or bananas. Over all the Breakfast met the term FREE. During the first part of our stay London had record breaking heat and the air conditioning was not working. The air conditioner was fixed but and this may be a standard among other small hotels there is a charge to turn it on and it was only available until 12:30 at night.

Room was ok The room for breakfast was horrible, not enough tables so people queue. Breakfast was miserable and only until 9am.

The location couldn’t be more ideal. Being near Paddington Station makes everything accessible. It’s nice to have breakfast included, rarer and rarer these days. Nice to have an elevator. We’ve stayed there 3 times and plan to again.

it was very convenient to Paddington station. in a lovely quite area. staff were very friendly and helpful.. we were able to have tea or coffee in the lounge the breakfast choice was very limited.
-
People who worked there weren't rude exactly. But they seemed a bit indifferent. Breakfast wasn't very good and not worth the cost.

The location is perfect. We’ve stayed here before. It’s nice to have breakfast included. The staff were uniformly helpful and pleasant. No tea kettle on the room.

The location was excellent we were less than a block away from Paddington station. There were several good restaurants right around the corner. The room was very small, but it was still comfortable. The breakfast was marginal at best.
