Staffs are so kind and room is so clean You are not free to choose where to sit at breakfast. Even when the restaurant is mostly empty and there are some vacant tables, you are told off if you try to sit at one of them.

Room was clean, room service staff was very pleasant but staff at breakfast were not friendly. Reception and check out we're good as well. The room had a bin that was not emptied when I checked in. The staff at breakfast were not friendly.

Easy location close station and bus stop for the first timer the best place to stay Cleanliness

Location is very good. Next to the station and not far from shops and restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. Extremely clean. Everything was spotless throughout the hotel. Hairdryer was good not a travel one. More pillows would be good. Having to pay for air conditioning.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was simple and easy. The hotel was a great location to go get to Hyde park for a concert. It was a ten minute walk from Paddington train station and underground. Air conditioning was available for £10 per day. Reception staff boil the kettle behind a bar area, to allow you to make hot drinks. Nothing unlikeable

First the location, the building is clean The room was quite small, stuffy and the Ac didn’t work throughout my stay. Considering how hot the weather was I would have thought that should be a priority on the top of their list to fix. And the food set up, was messy for me hence why I couldn’t eat anything there though paid for. I’d ask for hot water and it came with dirt particles in it. Also I took a second look at the hotel pic I didn’t like what I saw wanted to change buh most places were fully booked and just as I thought, I didn’t like the hotel.

Clean and accessible to main train line. It was hot and air conditioning would cost extra. I was given a fan for the second night and that helped.

Location Room was tiny. Air-conditioning was £20 per night which is ridiculous any other hotel i have ever stayed in includes it in room price

The rooms were really clean, staff were friemdly amd it was a great location. We were extremely pleased with oir room which wad a family room for 4 adults. The breakfast was not great amd is definitely an area thst needs improving. Tea and coffee facilities would be good in the room as well rather than in the reception area. This however was our only fault with the accomodation.

Exceptional

Splendid location just 5 minutes from Paddington Station. Breakfast fare was really poor with limited choice , just eggs and preserves. No cold meats and cheese which is customary for continental breakfast.

The room was clean and well appointed. The location worked well for me and is close to shops and restaurants. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and I particularly appreciated the toast that was provided shortly after I sat down. There was a heating/air conditioning unit in the room which did not appear to be working. It would have made the time spent in the room more pleasant, given the outside temperature.

Very clean, amazing location, breakfast exceeded my expectations, comfortable bed, great value for money. Room was small but that’s to be expected, it was perfectly adequate.

Location, staff, clean & comfortable Decor dated, no kettle, tea/coffee in room, continental breakfast only, which was not evident when booking and breakfast room too small to accommodate everyone wanting breakfast, one light by bed didnt work

Excellent location Clean Breakfast room was way too small for the amount of guests. Poor selection of food. Weak watered down orange juice. Unable to relax at breakfast as due to size you were made to sit with other guests on a very small and limited space table. Ate little in order to leave quickly . Not relaxing . Air conditioning in room extra charge £20 for 24 hrs !!
