Ideal location to underground & bars & restaurant's No air con but a big fan was supplied. Room was very small. Continental breakfast was ample.

One of the staff was lovely. The bathroom door didn't open fully because the bed was in the way. We could only iron our clothes downstairs in a hallway, not in our rooms. If we wanted a hot drink we had to go down to the small bar and make it there to take back to our room. The towels were dirty. The room was very small and so was the bathroom. Two of the plug sockets didn't work.

It was a good location. Almost 90 degrees in the building with no air conditioning, incredibly small rooms, unhelpful staff, management couldn't bother to come to the front desk to help the situation. Wouldn't recommend.

Great location within walking distance of Hyde Park, Paddington station and several tube and bus stations. Compact but decent size room with good shower. The hotel has a lift which is very convenient for when your on the top floor. Very friendly staff, always ready to help!

Good location. Room was basic, but adequate. Room was much too hot overnight. No air con. Backwards facing room with several buildings under construction directly behind. Building work was very loud and started early in the morning making it impossible to sleep, especially with window open. Room was right beside lift. Very noisy, especially early in the morning with people waiting for lift and using it.

Close proximity to Paddington. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The room was, old, dirty, the walls looked like they belonged to a garage. Carpet was filthy. Whole room was smelly.

None in the room. There is a network of underground trains so you could hear the trains running. However, nothing the hotel can do about this. It didn’t detract from our stay.

It was close to Paddington. The host was very nice The room was very small and the beds were not very comfortable.

Nice service, attentive administrators, clean room. How it could be expected - a steps to go for astonishing, but tidy and spacious enough for London. The entrance to the room was through the small outside area inside the building of hotel, but lights to the entrance was turned on just on one night. Maybe we did not know where to turn it, but it would be more cozy to have the lighted entrance when the guests are staying.
