Unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel I was told my reservation was not on the system and Booking.com’s website had been hacked and not to give them my card details. I then had to try and find a new hotel in the area at a big cost to myself. I have contacted booking.com and had no response. No booking for a start

Close to train station. Easy and quick check in. Lovely staff. Rooms were perfect for a simple short stay we planned for a concert. Amazing value for money. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean, bedding changed daily and the the staff were very helpful and friendly The rooms were hot, although it was 33oc outside!

Location, close to public transportation. Lot of restaurant nearby. Elevator for easy access. Room size can be bigger. Very noisy during night time, could be caused during World Cup period.

Location was amazing! Also very quiet for a good nights sleep. The fan in the room during the heatwave (it was 32 during the day!) was a godsend. The bag storage basically meant leave it in reception for everyone to see and walk past- not very secure. This is usually provided as standard in hotels.

Great hotel in a really good location. Hotel also gave us complimentary breakfast which a nice touch. Excellent price close to Hyde park, ideal for our visit for BST.
